End-User License Agreement (EULA)
Introduction
This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and Lizard Games Studio ("Company", "We", "Us", or "Our") concerning the use of A Story About Farting ("Game"). By installing, accessing, or using the Game through the Steam platform, you agree to the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install, access, or use the Game.
Grant of License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Game solely for personal, non-commercial use, subject to this EULA and the Steam Subscriber Agreement.
Restrictions
You agree that you will not and will not allow others to:
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Game.
Modify, alter, or create derivative works based on the Game, except for personal enjoyment.
Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer the Game or any copies thereof.
Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels on the Game.
Cheating, Modding, and Automation
We believe games are meant to be played – or broken – your way.
You may use cheats, mods, auto-clickers, trainers, and other tools to alter or automate the Game.
You may exploit bugs, hack your save files, or creatively misuse game mechanics.
You may share cheat tools or tips with others, as long as they don’t harm other players or the platform.
🚨 Note: If future online or competitive modes are added, different rules may apply to maintain fair play. But in the current game — go wild.
We fully support experimentation, chaos, and questionable methods. Just don’t blame us if it all breaks.
Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights will terminate automatically if you violate other core terms (like distributing the game illegally), but not for cheating or modding. Upon termination, you must stop using the Game and delete all copies.
Updates and Changes
We may update the Game and this EULA at any time. Continued use after such updates means you agree to them. If not — uninstall it, no hard feelings.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no guarantees that it won't explode, fart endlessly, or misbehave in other hilarious ways.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any damages, side effects, or existential crises caused by playing, modding, or over-analyzing the Game.
