Software License

  • This license is effective for this software product and all related documents, as well as updates and upgrades to the software, and is not distributed as a separate license.
  • This software is not sold but licensed.
  • By installing or using this software, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions defined in this agreement after reading this EULA.
  • If you do not agree with this EULA, you may not install or use this software.
  • This software is protected by international treaties on intellectual property rights and domestic copyright laws.

License

  • TRAMWORKS grants a non-exclusive and limited license to install and use the software only for non-commercial, personal use.
  • TRAMWORKS provides only the license to use the software and does not transfer or assign any intellectual property rights, authority, or ownership to you.
  • TRAMWORKS retains all rights (copyright and other intellectual property rights) related to the software and its parts (sound, graphics, models, characters, etc.) and related materials.

Restrictions
The following actions are prohibited:

  • Distributing, re-licensing, lending, leasing, or transferring the software to third parties.
  • Circumventing technical protection measures used to prevent illegal use or duplication of the software or its functions.
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, analyzing, creating derivative works, or modifying the software.
  • Removing or altering any trademarks, logos, or other notices contained in the software.
  • Acts against public order and morals.
  • Criminal acts, illegal activities, or violations of laws.

Warranty and Liability

  • TRAMWORKS does not guarantee that the software will not interfere with third-party software or drivers installed on your computer.
  • TRAMWORKS is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the software, whether direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential (including, but not limited to, lost profits, hardware or software damage, work stoppages, or malfunctions).
