This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement betweenyou (either an individual or a single entity) and Nekostein(“Nekostein”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), for the video game softwareentitled "KumaWelt 1" ("Software").

The legal entity operating Nekostein may change. Nekostein is anunincorporated game development team. We may incorporate at any timewithout prior notice. If such change happens, all existing relationsbetween you and us will be migrated to the latest entity.

The game may be licensed to you directly from us or via a licensingvehicle partner. This trivial fact does not impact your rights andobligations.
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree tobe bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms ofthis EULA, do not install or use the Software.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limitedlicense to install and use the Software on a single device, solely foryour personal, non-commercial use.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software,except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permittedby applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.
All title, including but not limited to copyrights, in and to theSoftware and any copies thereof are owned by Nekostein or its suppliers.All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Nekostein.
You are authorized to take screenshots and gameplay videos of theSoftware and share these on social media. However, we reserve the rightto approve or disapprove of any such content shared. Approval ordisapproval from us will be based on its sole discretion and may becommunicated at any time.
Without prejudice to any other rights, We may terminate this EULA ifyou fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In suchevent, you must destroy all copies of the Software and all of itscomponent parts.
In no event shall we be liable for any damages (including, withoutlimitation, lost profits, business interruption, or lost information)rising out of your use of or inability to use the Software.
This EULA is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of eitherDelaware (United States) or Guangzhou (China), at the choice of us.

By installing, copying, or otherwise using this Software, you agreeto be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the termsof this EULA, do not install or use the Software.

We at Nekostein reserve the right to modify this EULA at any time,and it is your responsibility to review the EULA on a regular basis.
