End-User License Agreement (EULA) for "The Ape Tales: An Epic Adventure Game"
Please read this End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before accessing or using "The Ape Tales: An Epic Adventure Game" ("Game").
1. License Grant:
Subject to compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, we grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
2. Restrictions:
You may not:
a. Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game, except as permitted by applicable law;
b. Modify or create derivative works of the Game;
c. Use the Game for any commercial purpose or for any illegal activities;
d. Sell, redistribute, sublicense, or lease the Game;
e. Remove any proprietary notices or labels on the Game;
f. Use the Game in a manner that could harm the integrity, performance, or availability of the Game or its components;
g. Use any unauthorized third-party software or plugins that modify the Game's functionality or experience.
3. Intellectual Property:
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game, including any intellectual property rights, are and will remain the exclusive property of the game developer. This Agreement does not convey any ownership rights to you.
4. Termination:
This Agreement is effective unless terminated by either party. We may terminate this Agreement immediately if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and delete all copies from your devices.
5. Disclaimer of Warranty:
The Game is provided "as is," without any warranties or representations, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. You use the Game at your own risk.
6. Limitation of Liability:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with the Game. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Game, if any.
7. Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the game developer is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
By accessing or using the Game, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Game.
