End-User License Agreement (EULA) for Velocity Ventures

PLEASE READ THIS END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("EULA") CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING OR USING VELOCITY VENTURES.
This EULA is a legal agreement between you and Codac Games for the software product titled "Velocity Ventures".
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By installing or using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Game.
2. LICENSE GRANT
Subject to your compliance with this EULA, the Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes.
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
3.1. Ownership. The Game and all related materials, including but not limited to graphics, audio, code, and documentation, are owned by the Company and are protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Game.
3.2. Third-Party Materials. The Game may incorporate third-party materials. Such materials are subject to their respective licenses and may be subject to additional terms and conditions.
4. USER CONTENT
4.1. User-Generated Content. You may have the option to create or upload user-generated content ("User Content") within the Game. By creating or uploading User Content, you grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display your User Content within the Game and for promotional purposes.
4.2. Content Guidelines. You agree not to create, upload, or transmit User Content that violates any applicable laws or this EULA, including content that is offensive, harmful, or infringing on the rights of others.
5. RESTRICTIONS
5.1. You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game.
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the Game.
- Remove or alter any copyright or trademark notices.
- Use the Game for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
- Share, distribute, or sublicense the Game without express written consent from the Company.
6. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NONINFRINGEMENT. THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE GAME WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS EULA OR THE USE OF THE GAME, EVEN IF THE COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
8. TERMINATION
The Company may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with its terms and conditions. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies in your possession.
9. GOVERNING LAW
This EULA is governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
