END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
Cosmic Rift: Zero-G Experiment – Rift War 1944
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding agreement between you (“User”) and IrishPaddyVR Studios / Galactic Entertainment Dreams (“Licensor”) governing your use of the video game software titled Cosmic Rift: Zero-G Experiment – Rift War 1944 (the “Game”).
By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Game.
1. License Grant
Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
This license does not transfer ownership of the Game.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display the Game except as permitted by applicable law
Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game except where permitted by law
Sell, sublicense, rent, lease, or commercially exploit the Game
Use the Game for unlawful or malicious purposes
3. Ownership and Intellectual Property
The Game and all related content — including but not limited to aircraft designs, artwork, music, sound effects, code, trademarks, and logos — are owned by Licensor and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
4. Updates
Licensor may release patches, updates, or modifications at its discretion. Some features of the Game may require updates to function properly.
5. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated.
Licensor may terminate this Agreement if you violate its terms. Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the Game and delete all copies in your possession.
6. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Game is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Licensor does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Licensor shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the Game.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts located in New Mexico.
9. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between User and Licensor regarding the Game and supersedes all prior agreements.

Third-party copyrighted material is not misused
Permission may be revoked in cases of misuse.
