END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (the "User") and Astrasoft ("Licensor") for the use of the software product, including any associated media, printed materials, and online or electronic documentation (collectively, the "Software"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, do not install or use the Software.
1. LICENSE GRANT
Subject to your compliance with the terms of this EULA, Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Software for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Software is the intellectual property of Licensor and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Software.
3. USER CONTENT
You may have the opportunity to create, upload, or transmit user-generated content while using the Software. You grant Licensor a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, distribute, and display this user-generated content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Software.
4. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Licensor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Software; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Software; (iv) any bugs, viruses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Software by any third party.
6. TERMINATION
This EULA is effective until terminated by you or Licensor. Licensor may terminate this EULA at any time without notice and may deny you access to the Software. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software in your possession.
7. GOVERNING LAW
This EULA is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Republic of Moldova. Any disputes arising from or relating to this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Republic of Moldova.
8. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Licensor and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether oral or written.
By accepting this EULA, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
