This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (the "User") and Tupãpo Games ("Developer") for the game software "Mokete" ("Game"). By installing, copying, or using the Game, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA.
1. LICENSE OF USE
1.1. Limited License: Developer grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the Game on a single device or platform at a time, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this EULA.
1.2. Restrictions: The User may not:
a. Modify, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to obtain the source code of the Game.
b. Distribute, rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the Game to third parties.
c. Use the Game in a manner that infringes on intellectual property rights or applicable laws.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Game, including but not limited to graphics, sounds, music, characters, and any related content, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The User acknowledges and agrees that Developer is the sole owner of all rights, titles, and interests in the Game.
3. PRIVACY
Developer may collect and use personal information from the User in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at [link to privacy policy]. The User agrees to the terms of such Privacy Policy.
4. UPDATES AND SUPPORT
Developer may provide updates and technical support for the Game at its discretion. The User agrees to install necessary updates to continue using the Game.
5. TERMINATION
Developer reserves the right to terminate this license at any time if the User breaches the terms of this EULA. In case of termination, the User must cease using the Game and delete all copies.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Game is provided "as is," and Developer makes no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The User assumes all risks associated with the use of the Game.
7. APPLICABLE LAW
This EULA is governed by the laws of USA, and any dispute arising in connection with this EULA shall be resolved in the courts of USA.
