End User License Agreement (EULA)
This Agreement is effective as of 9/8/23.
General
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a binding legal agreement between you ("End User" or "you") and baconlovarstudios ("Licensor" or "we"). By installing, downloading, copying, or otherwise using Tomb of AnuBI0S ("Game"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the EULA terms, do not use the Game.
License Grant
Subject to the terms of this EULA, Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to install and use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Restrictions
a. You shall not copy, distribute, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or transfer the Game or any portion thereof.
b. You shall not remove, alter, or obscure any product identification, copyright, or other notices in the Game.
c. Use the Game for any commercial purpose, including, but not limited to, distribution or making available the Game for commercial rental.
d. Create derivative works based on the Game without written consent from the Licensor.
Termination
The Licensor reserves the right to terminate this EULA and your access to the Game if you fail to comply with any terms and conditions of this EULA. Upon termination, you shall cease all use and delete all copies of the Game.
Disclaimer of Warranty
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Licensor be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Game, even if advised of the possibility thereof.
Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of Wisconsin, USA without regard to its conflict of laws rules. All disputes under this EULA will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Wisconsin, USA.
Entire Agreement
This EULA contains the entire agreement between you and Licensor concerning the Game and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous understandings and communications, whether oral or written.
Amendments
Licensor reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon notification. Your continued use of the Game following such notification will constitute your acceptance of the revised terms.
