END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
This End-User License Agreement is a legal contract between you ("User") and Megalith Interactive Studios, the creator of IDILI ("Software"). By installing, copying, or using the Software, the User agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
2. LICENSE GRANT
Megalith Interactive Studios grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to install and use the Software on a personal device. The User may use the Software only for personal and non-commercial purposes.
3. RESTRICTIONS
The User may not:
Modify, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to obtain the source code of the Software.
Distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or transfer the Software to any third party without written consent from Megalith Interactive Studios.
Use the Software in any unlawful manner or in violation of any local, national, or international laws.
4. OWNERSHIP
The Software is owned by Megalith Interactive Studios and is protected by copyright laws and international treaties. This Agreement does not transfer any title or ownership rights to the User.
5. UPDATES
Megalith Interactive Studios may provide updates or modifications to the Software. Such updates are subject to the terms of this Agreement unless accompanied by a new license agreement.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. In no event shall Megalith Interactive Studios be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Software.
7. TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective until terminated. The User may terminate the Agreement by uninstalling and destroying all copies of the Software. Megalith Interactive Studios may terminate the Agreement if the User breaches any of the terms. Upon termination, the User must cease all use of the Software.
8. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved by the competent courts of Cagliari.
9. ACCEPTANCE
By installing or using the Software, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement.
