Termination:
Your license to use the Game will terminate automatically without notice from skadi___dywimo if you violate any terms of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and destroy any copies.
Warranty and Disclaimers:
The Game is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability:
In no event shall skadi___dywimo be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, or data, arising out of or in connection with the Game.
Updates:
skadi___dywimo reserves the right to modify, patch, update, or discontinue the Game at its discretion.
Data Collection and Privacy:
The Game does not collect any personal data. Any data related to gameplay, such as save files, is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to skadi___dywimo or third parties.
Governing Law:
This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
