Thrift Shop - Preview Version

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE PREVIEW VERSION OF THRIFT SHOP ("THE GAME").

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By downloading, installing, or using the preview version of Thrift Shop, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the preview version of the game.

2. LICENSE GRANT

Subject to your compliance with the terms of this EULA, Playable Design LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the preview version of Thrift Shop solely for playtesting and evaluation purposes.

3. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

The preview version of Thrift Shop is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Playable Design LLC does not warrant that the operation of the game will be uninterrupted or error-free.

4. TESTING PURPOSES

You acknowledge and agree that the preview version of Thrift Shop is a pre-release version intended for playtesting and evaluation purposes only. The game may contain bugs, errors, or other issues that could affect gameplay or functionality.

5. DISCONTINUATION

Playable Design LLC reserves the right to discontinue the preview version of Thrift Shop at any time, without prior notice. This includes the possibility of terminating access to the game servers or disabling the game entirely.

6. DATA COLLECTION

During your use of the preview version of Thrift Shop, Playable Design LLC may collect certain data and information about your gameplay and interactions with the game. This data may be used for analysis, improvement, and optimization of the game.

7. TERMINATION

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice from Playable Design LLC if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this EULA. Upon termination of this license, you must cease all use of the preview version of Thrift Shop and destroy all copies of the game in your possession.

8. GOVERNING LAW

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
