DISPATCH IS NOT FOR KIDS

Adhoc does not market or direct any of the Services to children. We designed Dispatch for mature players. In the U.S. Dispatch is rated M for Mature and is appropriate for ages 17 and up. If you are under the age of majority and/or consent for privacy purposes in the jurisdiction where you live, you are not permitted to access the Services unless your parent or guardian has provided express consent and agrees to applicable terms and conditions on your behalf prior to your use of the Services. If we discover that a minor has provided us with Personal Information contrary to applicable law, we will delete that information from our systems. If you become aware of any unauthorized submission of information to us, please contact us at http://mailto:dispatchsupport@adhocla.com.

WHAT IS PERSONAL INFORMATION?

When we say, “Personal Information,” we mean information that identifies, relates to, describes, references, is capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular individual consumer or household. Below are common categories of Personal Information and some examples from each category to give you a sense of what this means:
  • Identifiers (e.g., name, email, username);
  • Commercial information (e.g., products or services purchased, shopping history);
  • Internet or other similar activity (e.g., browsing history; content interactions);
  • Legally protected information (e.g., race, citizenship, marital status, sex);
  • Employment-related information (e.g., current or past employment);
  • Non-public educational information, including information protected under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (20 U.S.C. § 1232g, 34 C.F.R. Part 99);
