This agreement is a set of rules, terms, and conditions regarding the use of developer Qitian Studio's products and services (hereinafter referred to as the "User Agreement"), which are entered into by the developer Qitian Studio (English name: Son of Qitian Studio) and its affiliated team (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Developer Qitian Studio") when providing related products and services (hereinafter referred to as the "Products and Services") to users through the game client (hereinafter referred to as the "New Journey to the West Fantasy Companion").
1. Overview
1.1 Definition:
1.1.1 "Affiliated Team" refers to a team that currently or in the future has a relationship with the developer, Son of Qitian Studio (copyright owner), where one party controls, jointly controls, or exerts significant influence over the other party, and two or more parties are controlled, jointly controlled, or significantly influenced by the same party. (Refers to any team that controls or is controlled by one party, or is jointly subject to the same entity with one party, or any team invested in. This includes but is not limited to one party's parent company, subsidiaries, and subsidiaries controlled by the same parent company. "Control" refers to directly or indirectly owning more than fifty percent (50%) of the equity, voting rights, or any other equivalent assets or legal rights that can determine the management of the team. The term "entity" in this provision includes but is not limited to individuals, partnerships, companies, and other legal entities
1.1.2 "User" refers to an individual who is willing to accept or has actually accepted the products and services provided by the developer Son of Qitian Studio, hereinafter referred to as "you".
1.2 This agreement is the general terms and conditions applicable to users when accepting the products and services of the developer Son of Qitian Studio. Therefore, please read all the contents of this user agreement carefully before registering as a New Journey to the West Fantasy Companion User or accepting products and services from the developer Son of Qitian Studio.
1.3 Before you register as a New Journey to the West Fantasy Companion User to accept the services of the developer Son of Qitian Studio, or before you actually use the products and services of the developer Son of Qitian Studio in a manner permitted by other developers, you have fully read, understood, and accepted all the contents of this agreement and the service rules published by the developer Son of Qitian Studio, including but not limited to the online game anti addiction system and real name authentication service agreement, as well as the developer's products and services. announcements, rules, etc. published by Son of Qitian Studio in individual products and services, Especially the clauses that have or may have a significant relationship with your rights, and the clauses that have or may have exemption or limitation of liability for the developer Son of Qitian Studio. Once you use the products or services of the developer Son of Qitian Studio, you agree to comply with all the provisions of this agreement and the relevant service rules published by the developer Son of Qitian Studio, and are willing to be bound by them. If a dispute arises, you may not argue on the grounds of not reading carefully. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, you shall immediately cease using the products and services of the developer Son of Qitian Studio.
1.4 With the change of business situation, the developer Son of Qitian Studio has the right to change this user agreement and the relevant service rules of each product and service of the developer Son of Qitian Studio at any time. When modifying this user agreement and various service rules, the developer Son of Qitian Studio will update and modify the user agreement and various service rules on the relevant pages of New Journey to the West Fantasy Companion or the pages of each individual product and service, and has the right not to notify users individually. If the user does not agree with this user agreement or related service rules, or does not agree with the modifications made by the developer Son of Qitian Studio, the user may voluntarily stop using the products and services provided by the developer Son of Qitian Studio. If the user continues to use the products and services provided by the developer Son of Qitian Studio after modifying the agreement or service rules, it means that the user agrees to all modifications made by the developer Son of Qitian Studio to this user agreement and related service rules.
2. Intellectual Property and Ownership Statement
2.1 Developer Qitian Studio (English name: Son of Qitian Studio) owns all content related to its products and services, including but not limited to copyright, patent, trademark, other intellectual property, ownership or other rights (including property rights and moral rights) in art, music, software code, information, materials, technology, etc., or has obtained authorization from relevant rights holders. Unless authorized by the developer Son of Qitian Studio or relevant rights holders in advance, users are not allowed to modify, plagiarize, reproduce, disseminate, transmit, display, distribute, license, create derivative works, or sell any content, including but not limited to art, music, software code, technical information, materials, etc., except for reasonable use allowed by laws and regulations (such as personal learning, research, or appreciation). If the user fails to comply with the above provisions of these terms, to the maximum extent permitted by law and without prejudice to the rights of other relevant parties, the developer Son of Qitian Studio may immediately terminate the provision of products and services to the user, and the user must destroy any such services or product content already obtained.
2.2 Developer Qitian Studio (English name: Son of Qitian Studio) owns all data and information (including but not limited to account information, game data, and system derived data) generated by users during the use of developer Qitian Studio products or the acceptance of developer Qitian Studio services. After the user logs in to the developer Son of Qitian Studio's specific product through their legal account and password, the game program of the product displays all the data and information obtained by the user regarding the ownership of the specific product. Users are only authorized to use such data and information in the product in accordance with the user agreement and relevant game rules. Developer Qitian Studio (English name: Son of Qitian Studio) has no obligation to provide or display data and information beyond what users can obtain by logging in and using the product themselves.
All data (including but not limited to virtual items) on servers provided by the developer Son of Qitian Studio shall be owned by the developer Son of Qitian Studio. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer Son of Qitian Studio has the right to decide whether to retain or not to retain all or part of the data on the server.
The various virtual items in the products and services of the developer Son of Qitian Studio, including but not limited to virtual currencies such as ingots, diamonds, game currency, props, equipment, etc., are part of the services provided by the developer Son of Qitian Studio, and their ownership belongs to the developer Son of Qitian Studio. Users can only use virtual items in compliance with legal regulations and game rules, and are allowed to use some virtual items through gaming and recharging activities. The term "player's exchange/transfer of virtual items" referred to in this agreement refers to the exchange/transfer of the right to use virtual items, and players have no right to exchange/transfer ownership of virtual items.
The user acknowledges and agrees that when the user recharges and redeems virtual items from the account of the developer Son of Qitian Studio (English name: Son of Qitian Studio) related products and services they own, the developer Son of Qitian Studio (English name: Son of Qitian Studio) may also gift a certain percentage of virtual items. When the user uses and consumes virtual items, if the recharges and redeems virtual items are indistinguishable from the virtual items received, the recharges and redeems virtual items will be considered to be used and consumed in priority to the virtual items donated by the developer Son of Qitian Studio (English name: Son of Qitian Studio). If the recharges and redeems virtual items that can be distinguished from the virtual items received, they will be used and consumed according to the rules. Actual usage and consumption calculation.
3. Tariff policy
3.1 Developer Qitian Studio (English name: Son of Qitian Studio) may charge users certain fees for certain products and services when providing them. In this case, the developer Son of Qitian Studio will provide clear prompts on the relevant page. If the user refuses to pay such fees, they cannot use the relevant products and services.
For the paid products and services of the developer Son of Qitian Studio, users should purchase them in accordance with the tariff policies announced by the developer Son of Qitian Studio; Otherwise, the developer Son of Qitian Studio may refuse or immediately cease providing the product and service to users.
3.2 Developer Qitian Studio (English name: Son of Qitian Studio) shall have the right to decide and modify the tariff standards and charging methods of the products and services provided at any time (including modifications from free to paid). The developer Son of Qitian Studio may establish different tariff standards and charging methods for different products and services, and may also determine different tariff standards and charging methods based on the different stages of the products and services provided. In addition, the developer Son of Qitian Studio may also modify its tariff policies from time to time. Developer Qitian Studio (English name: Son of Qitian Studio) will prominently display information on tariff standards, charging methods, purchasing methods, or other tariff policies related to products and services on the relevant pages of the product and service. Developers have the right not to notify users individually. If the tariff standards or charging methods change and the user does not stop using the products or services of the developer Son of Qitian Studio, it shall be deemed that the user accepts the adjusted tariff standards and charging methods.
3.3 In order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of users and the right to fully use the products and services of the developer Son of Qitian Studio, users should purchase the products and services (including but not limited to game accounts, game props, and game benefits) of the developer Son of Qitian Studio through channels recognized by the developer, such as New Journey to the West Fantasy Companion and the official partners of the developer Son of Qitian Studio. Developer Qitian Studio (English name: Son of Qitian Studio) and its official partners shall handle relevant disputes in accordance with their effective service rules at that time. If the user suffers losses due to purchasing the products and services of the aforementioned developer, Son of Qitian Studio, through channels not approved by the developer, the user shall bear the responsibility on their own.
4. Account and password
4.1 The user will create an account synchronously with their Steam account and log in to the game. The Steam account is the unique account ID in your game, and the user needs to consciously maintain the security of the Steam account. If the game assets are lost due to the theft of the Steam account, the developer is not responsible
4.2 If the user discovers that their account or password has been illegally or abnormally used by others, they should immediately notify the developer, Son of Qitian Studio, according to the handling method published by the developer. They also have the right to notify the developer, Son of Qitian Studio, to suspend the login and use of the account. However, the user should complete necessary procedures when applying, such as providing information related to the game account, such as SteamID, recent login time, location, and account data at that time. If the developer Son of Qitian Studio verifies that the information provided by the user is consistent with the current information, it shall take timely measures to suspend the login and use of the user account in accordance with this user agreement and the relevant service rules of Son of Qitian Studio. If the user fails to provide valid information or if the game materials provided by the user are inconsistent with the current information, the developer Son of Qitian Studio has the right to refuse the user's request.
4.3 Developer Qitian Studio (English name: Son of Qitian Studio) has the right to restore the data of the server to a certain point in time when there is an abnormality in the server data (including data abnormality caused by program bugs). In the event that virtual items in the user account may be reduced due to this, Developer Qitian Studio (English name: Son of Qitian Studio) may provide certain virtual item compensation to the user based on the loss situation. The compensation method will be announced on the relevant pages of Journey to the West Fantasy Companion. In addition, Developer Qitian Studio (English name: Son of Qitian Studio) shall not bear any other responsibilities. The user agrees to this data restoration method and compensation method, and agrees not to raise any disputes with the developer, Son of Qitian Studio, regarding this matter.
5. User Rights
5.1 Users may accept the products and services provided by the developer Son of Qitian Studio in accordance with this User Agreement and the service rules published by the developer. Users have the right to supervise whether the developer, Son of Qitian Studio, and its staff provide products and services to users in accordance with the standards published by the developer, Son of Qitian Studio, during the period of accepting products and services provided by the developer, Son of Qitian Studio. Users can also raise concerns with Son of Qitian Studio regarding their products and services at any time. Opinions and suggestions.
5.2 Users with a legitimate account can upload the necessary information for using the service on the server of the developer Son of Qitian Studio, but the information must not contain the following content:
5.2.1 Content that infringes upon the intellectual property or other rights of any third party;
5.2.2 Content that violates any laws or good customs;
5.2.3 contains any content that defames others, sexually harasses, discriminates on a racial basis, or has a negative impact on minors;
5.2.4 Contains content such as viruses, Trojan programs, time bombs, etc. that may cause harm or affect the stability of the computer system of the developer Son of Qitian Studio or anyone else.
If a user uploads information that violates the above regulations, the developer Son of Qitian Studio has the right to take necessary measures based on the severity of the uploaded information, including but not limited to blocking or deleting the information uploaded by the user based on third-party claims.
5.3 The user hereby authorizes the developer Son of Qitian Studio to use the content uploaded by the user free of charge in providing services to the user and in introducing, promoting, and advertising the products and services of the developer Son of Qitian Studio.
5.4 If the user does not agree to this user agreement or related service rules, they do not accept the modifications made by the developer Son of Qitian Studio to this user agreement or service rules from time to time. The user may stop using the products and services of Son of Qitian Studio at any time. If the user chooses to stop using the products and services of the developer Son of Qitian Studio, it shall be deemed that the user waives their New Journey to the West Fantasy Companion account and the corresponding virtual item usage rights in the account. The developer Son of Qitian Studio shall not assume any obligations or responsibilities towards the user.
6. User's Obligations
6.1 Users shall provide their own computer and network equipment, as well as network resources, required for registering and using other products and services of Son of Qitian Studio, and shall bear all internet related expenses.
6.2 The products and services provided by the developer Son of Qitian Studio to users are themselves commercial activities, and users are required to pay corresponding fees.
6.3 Users have the obligation to properly safeguard the accounts, passwords, and other identity information and documents related to the use of the New Journey to the West Fantasy Companion Account and the products and services of the developer Son of Qitian Studio. Users have the right and bear the responsibility for the actions generated by the account they hold after logging in according to the law. The person who uses the account is considered as the user themselves, and any actions taken by them will also be considered as the user's actions. The user shall be responsible for all actions of the account user. The user acknowledges and agrees that the developer, Son of Qitian Studio, has the right to provide corresponding services to users based on the amount of their recharge and consumption.
The developer Qi Tianzhizi Studio (English name: Son of Qitian Studio) has the right to formulate different security level policies according to the importance of the service, and require users to provide corresponding level of identity verification information and data, including but not limited to: account number, password, electronic version of identity certificate, original, registered residence certificate, judicial correspondence, etc. When the applicant for a certain service passes the identity verification established by the developer Son of Qitian Studio, the developer can consider them as a user of the account and provide services according to their application. All consequences arising from this shall be borne by the user who owns the account.
6.4 In the process of using the products of the developer Son of Qitian Studio and accepting the services of the developer Son of Qitian Studio, the user:
6.4.1 shall not use the service system for any illegal purpose;
6.4.2 shall not modify, reverse engineer, decode, disassemble, copy, or distribute any software, including but not limited to New Journey to the West Fantasy Companion and its provided software, including but not limited to modifying any proprietary communication protocols used in this software, modifying or locking data in dynamic random access memory (RAM);;
6.4.3 shall not engage in any abnormal usage behavior that may affect the services of the developer Son of Qitian Studio (English name: Son of Qitian Studio), including but not limited to damaging, attacking, or overloading the server;
6.4.4 No cheating programs or game modification programs shall be used;
Cheat programs refer to all programs that are independent of game software and can affect game operations while the game is running, including but not limited to simulating user operations, changing operating environments, modifying data, and all other types. (If there is a conflict between the definition of cheating stipulated in relevant national laws, regulations, and government regulations or normative documents and this agreement, the provisions of laws, regulations, departmental regulations or normative documents shall prevail)
6.4.5 It is not allowed to use the products of or accept the services of the developer, Son of Qitian Studio, through third-party software that has not been approved by the developer, Son of Qitian Studio, or with the assistance of third-party software;
6.4.6 It is not allowed to use abnormal methods to log in to the game (including but not limited to using third-party software or system login games developed, authorized or recognized by non developer Son of Qitian Studio), use invalid credit cards, steal others' credit cards and other means (commonly known as "black cards") for recharging, use network accelerators and other external software or robot programs to maliciously damage service facilities and disrupt normal service order;
6.4.7 It is prohibited to create, disseminate, or use cheats, packages, acceleration software, and other cheating programs, or to organize or incite others to use such software programs, or to sell such software programs for personal or organizational economic gain;
6.4.8 Do not use any means or methods to attempt to attack servers, routers, switches, and other devices that provide game services, in order to illegally obtain or modify unauthorized data, affect normal game services, or engage in any other harmful activities;
6.4.9 It is not allowed to take advantage of the technical defects or vulnerabilities that may exist in online gaming systems to profit for oneself or others in various forms (including but not limited to copying virtual items in the game) or engage in other improper behaviors.
6.4.10 Without the written permission of the developer Son of Qitian Studio, no intellectual property rights of the developer Son of Qitian Studio shall be used to create or provide the same or similar network services, such as replica servers, private servers, etc;
6.4.11 Do not use the products and network service system of the developer Qitianzhizi Studio (English name: Son of Qitian Studio) to conduct any behavior that may adversely affect the normal operation of the Internet or may interfere with others' normal use of the products and network services provided by the developer Qitianzhizi Studio (English name: Son of Qitian Studio);
6.4.12 shall not use the network service system of the developer Son of Qitian Studio to transmit any harassing, defamatory, abusive, intimidating, vulgar, obscene, fraudulent or other illegal information or materials;
6.4.13 Do not use the developer's Son of Qitian Studio service system to engage in any other behavior that is detrimental to the developer's Son of Qitian Studio;
6.4.14 shall not use the products and services provided by the developer Son of Qitian Studio to make profits in reality;
6.4.15 It is not allowed to use the services or products of the developer Son of Qitian Studio to send or disseminate sensitive information and information that violates national laws and regulations, including but not limited to:
(1) Opposing the fundamental principles established by the Constitution;
(2) Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, and undermining national unity;
(3) Damaging national honor and interests;
(4) Those who incite ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, and undermine ethnic unity;
(5) Disrupting national religious policies, promoting cults and feudal superstitions;
(6) Spreading rumors, disrupting social order, and disrupting social stability;
(7) Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, or inciting crime;
(8) Insult or defame others, and infringe upon their legitimate rights and interests;
(9) Any software, files, or other content that the developer, Son of Qitian Studio, reasonably determines to be inappropriate or not approved by the developer, Son of Qitian Studio;
(10) Containing other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.
6.6 If any illegal use of user accounts or security vulnerabilities are discovered, the developer, Son of Qitian Studio, should be immediately notified;
6.7 When a user's account is suspected of illegal and irregular activities such as account theft and cheating, the user should cooperate with the work of the developer, Son of Qitian Studio, and truthfully answer any questions raised by the game management personnel regarding the use of the developer's Qitian Studio products, in order to protect their own and other users' legitimate rights and interests in the game. The user agrees to use the monitoring data in the game product program as the basis for determining whether the user's account has been hacked, whether there has been game cheating behavior through the use of cheating programs, and other violations, unless the user can provide sufficient and legal evidence to prove their account usage rights, the legitimate source of virtual items, etc. to overturn the monitoring data. The user further agrees that if the developer, Son of Qitian Studio, determines based on monitoring data that their account/virtual item was obtained through account theft, the use of cheats, or other illegal activities, Son of Qitian Studio has the right to first suspend the account and take relevant measures against the virtual item, including but not limited to returning the owner and deleting data.
6.9 The user agrees that the developer Son of Qitian Studio (English name: Son of Qitian Studio) has the obligation to comply with legal and regulatory requirements for confidentiality. The developer Son of Qitian Studio (English name: Son of Qitian Studio) is only obligated to present evidence to administrative, judicial, and regulatory authorities with independent investigation and evidence collection powers that the user is suspected of stealing accounts, using cheats, and other evidence that the developer Son of Qitian Studio (English name: Son of Qitian Studio) considers to be in violation. The developer Son of Qitian Studio (English name: Son of Qitian Studio) is not obligated to present the aforementioned evidence to the suspected user.
6.10 Developer Qitian Studio (English name: Son of Qitian Studio) can provide stolen item retrieval services based on user applications, but based on the characteristics of the game, the developer Qitian Studio (English name: Son of Qitian Studio) does not make any express or implied promises regarding the retrieval results. Users must read the retrieval instructions, submit relevant materials, and bear the consequences according to the requirements of the developer Qitian Studio (English name: Son of Qitian Studio).
7. Cancel account and terminate/suspend (i.e. temporarily suspend) services
7.1 If a user engages in any one or more of the following behaviors, the developer, Son of Qitian Studio, has the right to cancel the user's account or terminate or suspend all or part of the services provided to the user at any time (including but not limited to blocking all or part of the user's account under that username and prohibiting related characters from logging in), and has the right to cancel or revoke any benefits obtained by the user through illegal activities in the game at any time:
(1) Violation of Article 6.4 of this Agreement;
(2) Abuse of rights enjoyed;
(3) Providing false registration information (including but not limited to identity information and contact details);
(4) Developer Qitian Studio (English name: Son of Qitian Studio) believes that there is a high risk of theft of user accounts based on their judgment;
(5) Violating other service rules published by the developer Son of Qitian Studio or using the services of the developer Son of Qitian Studio through improper means;
(6) Any behavior that damages the rights and interests of the developer Son of Qitian Studio, related rights holders, affiliated teams, or partners, as well as the legitimate rights and interests of other users;
(7) Engaging in behaviors that violate the prohibitive provisions of Chinese laws and regulations (including but not limited to publishing illegal information);
(8) Engaging in behavior that violates the good customs and social ethics of society;
(9) Other behaviors that violate the relevant regulations of the developer Son of Qitian Studio;
(10) In addition to the above situations, users have engaged in other improper behaviors while receiving services from the developer Son of Qitian Studio;
Among them, if the developer Son of Qitian Studio decides to suspend all or part of the services provided to the user based on the situations mentioned in items (1) and (3) above, the developer shall inform the user of the suspension period, which should be reasonable. Upon the expiration of the suspension period, the developer Son of Qitian Studio shall promptly resume services to the user. However, if the user's violation or breach of contract still exists at the end of the suspension period, the developer Son of Qitian Studio has the right to extend the suspension period of the service.
7.2 If the developer, Son of Qitian Studio, discovers through internal monitoring programs or reports from other users that users may engage in the behaviors listed in Article 7.1, Son of Qitian Studio has the right to make independent judgments and take corresponding measures, including but not limited to restricting user account login, restricting user activities in the game, suspending or terminating services for some or all accounts under that username.
7.3 If a new Journey to the West Fantasy Companion account fails to log in to any online game of the developer Son of Qitian Studio for 180 consecutive days (calculated from the expiration date of the package), it shall be deemed that the user has abandoned the account. The service system of the developer Son of Qitian Studio may no longer retain the account and related data, and the user shall not claim any rights against the developer Son of Qitian Studio based on this.
8. Network service interruption
In the event of any of the following circumstances, even without prior notice, the developer Son of Qitian Studio has the right to interrupt the network services provided without any liability to the user:
8.1 Due to the malfunction, failure, or human error of the software and hardware equipment of the developer, Son of Qitian Studio, its partners, or telecommunications network systems;
8.2 Others invade the network of the developer Son of Qitian Studio, tamper with, delete, forge, fabricate website data, or engage in any behavior that affects the normal operation of the developer's computer system;
8.3 Force majeure reasons;
8.4 Due to the requirements of relevant institutions based on laws or legal procedures;
8.5 Other regulations based on laws or national policies.
8.6 Developers are unable to operate due to their own reasons.
9. Termination of Service
9.1 Developer Qitian Studio (English name: Son of Qitian Studio) may terminate the service at any time according to the actual situation. If the service is terminated for any reason, users should take corresponding measures to handle game virtual items on their own, including but not limited to canceling or stopping the use of game accounts, in-game virtual props, and other related matters.
9.2 Users shall not demand that the developer, Son of Qitian Studio, bear any form of compensation or liability other than game virtual currency that the user has purchased but not yet used, including but not limited to compensation for the inability to continue using game accounts, in-game virtual items, etc., due to the complete termination of services by the developer.
9.3 Termination of Service refers to the termination of service by the developer Son of Qitian Studio to all users of the discontinued game product, rather than measures such as account suspension, login ban, deletion of virtual items in the game, or forced offline for individual users.
9.4 The user understands and agrees that any virtual items or services marked as "permanent", "long-term" or other descriptive terms with equivalent meanings in the products and services provided by the developer, Son of Qitian Studio (English name: Son of Qitian Studio), shall not be interpreted as having a term of use that will never cease, but shall be understood as having a term of use that expires on the date when the developer, Son of Qitian Studio (English name: Son of Qitian Studio), announces the termination of network services or the date when data loss occurs due to technical failures.
10. Test server and experience server
10.1 Test Server (Test Server) refers to the server provided by the developer Son of Qitian Studio to users during the testing phase (including but not limited to closed beta, beta, and open beta) of game products.
Experience server refers to a server launched by developer Son of Qitian Studio to test the stability of the latest version of the game system and game content in certain game products. Users can experience the latest product and service content on the experience server.
10.2 All materials within the testing and experience servers will not be within the scope of service storage. Once a user logs in to the test server or experience server and accepts the game services provided by the test server or experience server, it means that you voluntarily accept the following terms:
(1) The service content provided by the test server or experience server is an informal version, which may differ from the official service content and may result in program instability or data loss.
(2) Developer Qitian Studio (English name: Son of Qitian Studio) will maintain the test server or experience server from time to time, and delete all or part of the data of the test server and experience server as needed (including but not limited to the characters, experience points, props, and any related records and information in your account), or use them legally without any responsibility to the user.
(3) Considering the instability of the test and experience servers, the developer Son of Qitian Studio has the right not to provide various customer services published on the game's official website to users who log in to the test and experience servers.
11. Legal Liability
12.1 The user agrees to safeguard and maintain the interests of the developer, Son of Qitian Studio, and other users. If the user violates any relevant laws, regulations, or any terms of this user agreement and causes losses to the developer, Son of Qitian Studio, or any other third party, the user agrees to bear legal liability (including but not limited to civil liability, administrative liability, criminal liability, etc.).

13.3 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer Son of Qitian Studio shall not be liable for any accidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages or claims arising from the user's use of the developer's products and services, or in any way related to the developer's products and services.

14. Legal jurisdiction
14.1 All disputes related to this Agreement, including but not limited to disputes arising from the signing or performance of this Agreement, disputes arising during the performance of this Agreement, and disputes arising from the products and services under this Agreement, shall be governed by the court with jurisdiction over the location of the developer, Son of Qitian Studio (copyright owner).

1.1 Definition:

(Refers to any team that controls or is controlled by one party, or is jointly subject to the same entity with one party, or any team invested in. "Control" refers to directly or indirectly owning more than fifty percent (50%) of the equity, voting rights, or any other equivalent assets or legal rights that can determine the management of the team. 2. Intellectual Property and Ownership Statement
2.1 Developer Qitian Studio (English name: Son of Qitian Studio) owns all content related to its products and services, including but not limited to copyright, patent, trademark, other intellectual property, ownership or other rights (including property rights and moral rights) in art, music, software code, information, materials, technology, etc., or has obtained authorization from relevant rights holders. Unless authorized by the developer Son of Qitian Studio or relevant rights holders in advance, users are not allowed to modify, plagiarize, reproduce, disseminate, transmit, display, distribute, license, create derivative works, or sell any content, including but not limited to art, music, software code, technical information, materials, etc., except for reasonable use allowed by laws and regulations (such as personal learning, research, or appreciation). If the user fails to comply with the above provisions of these terms, to the maximum extent permitted by law and without prejudice to the rights of other relevant parties, the developer Son of Qitian Studio may immediately terminate the provision of products and services to the user, and the user must destroy any such services or product content already obtained.
2.2 Developer Qitian Studio (English name: Son of Qitian Studio) owns all data and information (including but not limited to account information, game data, and system derived data) generated by users during the use of developer Qitian Studio products or the acceptance of developer Qitian Studio services. After the user logs in to the developer Son of Qitian Studio's specific product through their legal account and password, the game program of the product displays all the data and information obtained by the user regarding the ownership of the specific product. Users are only authorized to use such data and information in the product in accordance with the user agreement and relevant game rules. All data (including but not limited to virtual items) on servers provided by the developer Son of Qitian Studio shall be owned by the developer Son of Qitian Studio. 3. Tariff policy

4. Account and password
4.1 The user will create an account synchronously with their Steam account and log in to the game. 4.2 If the user discovers that their account or password has been illegally or abnormally used by others, they should immediately notify the developer, Son of Qitian Studio, according to the handling method published by the developer. However, the user should complete necessary procedures when applying, such as providing information related to the game account, such as SteamID, recent login time, location, and account data at that time. If the developer Son of Qitian Studio verifies that the information provided by the user is consistent with the current information, it shall take timely measures to suspend the login and use of the user account in accordance with this user agreement and the relevant service rules of Son of Qitian Studio. If the user fails to provide valid information or if the game materials provided by the user are inconsistent with the current information, the developer Son of Qitian Studio has the right to refuse the user's request.
4.3 Developer Qitian Studio (English name: Son of Qitian Studio) has the right to restore the data of the server to a certain point in time when there is an abnormality in the server data (including data abnormality caused by program bugs). In the event that virtual items in the user account may be reduced due to this, Developer Qitian Studio (English name: Son of Qitian Studio) may provide certain virtual item compensation to the user based on the loss situation. 5. User Rights
5.1 Users may accept the products and services provided by the developer Son of Qitian Studio in accordance with this User Agreement and the service rules published by the developer. Users have the right to supervise whether the developer, Son of Qitian Studio, and its staff provide products and services to users in accordance with the standards published by the developer, Son of Qitian Studio, during the period of accepting products and services provided by the developer, Son of Qitian Studio. 5.2 Users with a legitimate account can upload the necessary information for using the service on the server of the developer Son of Qitian Studio, but the information must not contain the following content:

If a user uploads information that violates the above regulations, the developer Son of Qitian Studio has the right to take necessary measures based on the severity of the uploaded information, including but not limited to blocking or deleting the information uploaded by the user based on third-party claims.
5.3 The user hereby authorizes the developer Son of Qitian Studio to use the content uploaded by the user free of charge in providing services to the user and in introducing, promoting, and advertising the products and services of the developer Son of Qitian Studio.
5.4 If the user does not agree to this user agreement or related service rules, they do not accept the modifications made by the developer Son of Qitian Studio to this user agreement or service rules from time to time. The user may stop using the products and services of Son of Qitian Studio at any time. If the user chooses to stop using the products and services of the developer Son of Qitian Studio, it shall be deemed that the user waives their New Journey to the West Fantasy Companion account and the corresponding virtual item usage rights in the account. The developer Son of Qitian Studio shall not assume any obligations or responsibilities towards the user.
6. User's Obligations
6.1 Users shall provide their own computer and network equipment, as well as network resources, required for registering and using other products and services of Son of Qitian Studio, and shall bear all internet related expenses.
6.2 The products and services provided by the developer Son of Qitian Studio to users are themselves commercial activities, and users are required to pay corresponding fees.
6.3 Users have the obligation to properly safeguard the accounts, passwords, and other identity information and documents related to the use of the New Journey to the West Fantasy Companion Account and the products and services of the developer Son of Qitian Studio. Users have the right and bear the responsibility for the actions generated by the account they hold after logging in according to the law. The user acknowledges and agrees that the developer, Son of Qitian Studio, has the right to provide corresponding services to users based on the amount of their recharge and consumption.

All consequences arising from this shall be borne by the user who owns the account.
6.4 In the process of using the products of the developer Son of Qitian Studio and accepting the services of the developer Son of Qitian Studio, the user:
6.4.1 shall not use the service system for any illegal purpose;
6.4.2 shall not modify, reverse engineer, decode, disassemble, copy, or distribute any software, including but not limited to New Journey to the West Fantasy Companion and its provided software, including but not limited to modifying any proprietary communication protocols used in this software, modifying or locking data in dynamic random access memory (RAM);;
6.4.3 shall not engage in any abnormal usage behavior that may affect the services of the developer Son of Qitian Studio (English name: Son of Qitian Studio), including but not limited to damaging, attacking, or overloading the server;
6.4.4 No cheating programs or game modification programs shall be used;
Cheat programs refer to all programs that are independent of game software and can affect game operations while the game is running, including but not limited to simulating user operations, changing operating environments, modifying data, and all other types. (If there is a conflict between the definition of cheating stipulated in relevant national laws, regulations, and government regulations or normative documents and this agreement, the provisions of laws, regulations, departmental regulations or normative documents shall prevail)
6.4.5 It is not allowed to use the products of or accept the services of the developer, Son of Qitian Studio, through third-party software that has not been approved by the developer, Son of Qitian Studio, or with the assistance of third-party software;
6.4.6 It is not allowed to use abnormal methods to log in to the game (including but not limited to using third-party software or system login games developed, authorized or recognized by non developer Son of Qitian Studio), use invalid credit cards, steal others' credit cards and other means (commonly known as "black cards") for recharging, use network accelerators and other external software or robot programs to maliciously damage service facilities and disrupt normal service order;
6.4.7 It is prohibited to create, disseminate, or use cheats, packages, acceleration software, and other cheating programs, or to organize or incite others to use such software programs, or to sell such software programs for personal or organizational economic gain;
6.4.8 Do not use any means or methods to attempt to attack servers, routers, switches, and other devices that provide game services, in order to illegally obtain or modify unauthorized data, affect normal game services, or engage in any other harmful activities;
6.4.9 It is not allowed to take advantage of the technical defects or vulnerabilities that may exist in online gaming systems to profit for oneself or others in various forms (including but not limited to copying virtual items in the game) or engage in other improper behaviors.
6.4.10 Without the written permission of the developer Son of Qitian Studio, no intellectual property rights of the developer Son of Qitian Studio shall be used to create or provide the same or similar network services, such as replica servers, private servers, etc;
6.4.11 Do not use the products and network service system of the developer Qitianzhizi Studio (English name: Son of Qitian Studio) to conduct any behavior that may adversely affect the normal operation of the Internet or may interfere with others' normal use of the products and network services provided by the developer Qitianzhizi Studio (English name: Son of Qitian Studio);
6.4.12 shall not use the network service system of the developer Son of Qitian Studio to transmit any harassing, defamatory, abusive, intimidating, vulgar, obscene, fraudulent or other illegal information or materials;
6.4.13 Do not use the developer's Son of Qitian Studio service system to engage in any other behavior that is detrimental to the developer's Son of Qitian Studio;
6.4.14 shall not use the products and services provided by the developer Son of Qitian Studio to make profits in reality;
6.4.15 It is not allowed to use the services or products of the developer Son of Qitian Studio to send or disseminate sensitive information and information that violates national laws and regulations, including but not limited to:
(1) Opposing the fundamental principles established by the Constitution;
(2) Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, and undermining national unity;
(3) Damaging national honor and interests;
(4) Those who incite ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, and undermine ethnic unity;
(5) Disrupting national religious policies, promoting cults and feudal superstitions;
(6) Spreading rumors, disrupting social order, and disrupting social stability;
(7) Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, or inciting crime;
(8) Insult or defame others, and infringe upon their legitimate rights and interests;
(9) Any software, files, or other content that the developer, Son of Qitian Studio, reasonably determines to be inappropriate or not approved by the developer, Son of Qitian Studio;
(10) Containing other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.
6.6 If any illegal use of user accounts or security vulnerabilities are discovered, the developer, Son of Qitian Studio, should be immediately notified;
6.7 When a user's account is suspected of illegal and irregular activities such as account theft and cheating, the user should cooperate with the work of the developer, Son of Qitian Studio, and truthfully answer any questions raised by the game management personnel regarding the use of the developer's Qitian Studio products, in order to protect their own and other users' legitimate rights and interests in the game. The user agrees to use the monitoring data in the game product program as the basis for determining whether the user's account has been hacked, whether there has been game cheating behavior through the use of cheating programs, and other violations, unless the user can provide sufficient and legal evidence to prove their account usage rights, the legitimate source of virtual items, etc. to overturn the monitoring data. The user further agrees that if the developer, Son of Qitian Studio, determines based on monitoring data that their account/virtual item was obtained through account theft, the use of cheats, or other illegal activities, Son of Qitian Studio has the right to first suspend the account and take relevant measures against the virtual item, including but not limited to returning the owner and deleting data.
6.9 The user agrees that the developer Son of Qitian Studio (English name: Son of Qitian Studio) has the obligation to comply with legal and regulatory requirements for confidentiality. The developer Son of Qitian Studio (English name: Son of Qitian Studio) is only obligated to present evidence to administrative, judicial, and regulatory authorities with independent investigation and evidence collection powers that the user is suspected of stealing accounts, using cheats, and other evidence that the developer Son of Qitian Studio (English name: Son of Qitian Studio) considers to be in violation. The developer Son of Qitian Studio (English name: Son of Qitian Studio) is not obligated to present the aforementioned evidence to the suspected user.

7. Cancel account and terminate/suspend (i.e. temporarily suspend) services
7.1 If a user engages in any one or more of the following behaviors, the developer, Son of Qitian Studio, has the right to cancel the user's account or terminate or suspend all or part of the services provided to the user at any time (including but not limited to blocking all or part of the user's account under that username and prohibiting related characters from logging in), and has the right to cancel or revoke any benefits obtained by the user through illegal activities in the game at any time:
(1) Violation of Article 6.4 of this Agreement;
(2) Abuse of rights enjoyed;
(3) Providing false registration information (including but not limited to identity information and contact details);
(4) Developer Qitian Studio (English name: Son of Qitian Studio) believes that there is a high risk of theft of user accounts based on their judgment;
(5) Violating other service rules published by the developer Son of Qitian Studio or using the services of the developer Son of Qitian Studio through improper means;
(6) Any behavior that damages the rights and interests of the developer Son of Qitian Studio, related rights holders, affiliated teams, or partners, as well as the legitimate rights and interests of other users;
(7) Engaging in behaviors that violate the prohibitive provisions of Chinese laws and regulations (including but not limited to publishing illegal information);
(8) Engaging in behavior that violates the good customs and social ethics of society;
(9) Other behaviors that violate the relevant regulations of the developer Son of Qitian Studio;
(10) In addition to the above situations, users have engaged in other improper behaviors while receiving services from the developer Son of Qitian Studio;
Among them, if the developer Son of Qitian Studio decides to suspend all or part of the services provided to the user based on the situations mentioned in items (1) and (3) above, the developer shall inform the user of the suspension period, which should be reasonable. Upon the expiration of the suspension period, the developer Son of Qitian Studio shall promptly resume services to the user. However, if the user's violation or breach of contract still exists at the end of the suspension period, the developer Son of Qitian Studio has the right to extend the suspension period of the service.
7.2 If the developer, Son of Qitian Studio, discovers through internal monitoring programs or reports from other users that users may engage in the behaviors listed in Article 7.1, Son of Qitian Studio has the right to make independent judgments and take corresponding measures, including but not limited to restricting user account login, restricting user activities in the game, suspending or terminating services for some or all accounts under that username.
7.3 If a new Journey to the West Fantasy Companion account fails to log in to any online game of the developer Son of Qitian Studio for 180 consecutive days (calculated from the expiration date of the package), it shall be deemed that the user has abandoned the account. The service system of the developer Son of Qitian Studio may no longer retain the account and related data, and the user shall not claim any rights against the developer Son of Qitian Studio based on this.
8. Network service interruption
In the event of any of the following circumstances, even without prior notice, the developer Son of Qitian Studio has the right to interrupt the network services provided without any liability to the user:
8.1 Due to the malfunction, failure, or human error of the software and hardware equipment of the developer, Son of Qitian Studio, its partners, or telecommunications network systems;
8.2 Others invade the network of the developer Son of Qitian Studio, tamper with, delete, forge, fabricate website data, or engage in any behavior that affects the normal operation of the developer's computer system;
8.3 Force majeure reasons;
8.4 Due to the requirements of relevant institutions based on laws or legal procedures;
8.5 Other regulations based on laws or national policies.
8.6 Developers are unable to operate due to their own reasons.
9. Termination of Service
9.1 Developer Qitian Studio (English name: Son of Qitian Studio) may terminate the service at any time according to the actual situation. If the service is terminated for any reason, users should take corresponding measures to handle game virtual items on their own, including but not limited to canceling or stopping the use of game accounts, in-game virtual props, and other related matters.
9.2 Users shall not demand that the developer, Son of Qitian Studio, bear any form of compensation or liability other than game virtual currency that the user has purchased but not yet used, including but not limited to compensation for the inability to continue using game accounts, in-game virtual items, etc., due to the complete termination of services by the developer.
9.3 Termination of Service refers to the termination of service by the developer Son of Qitian Studio to all users of the discontinued game product, rather than measures such as account suspension, login ban, deletion of virtual items in the game, or forced offline for individual users.
9.4 The user understands and agrees that any virtual items or services marked as "permanent", "long-term" or other descriptive terms with equivalent meanings in the products and services provided by the developer, Son of Qitian Studio (English name: Son of Qitian Studio), shall not be interpreted as having a term of use that will never cease, but shall be understood as having a term of use that expires on the date when the developer, Son of Qitian Studio (English name: Son of Qitian Studio), announces the termination of network services or the date when data loss occurs due to technical failures.
10. Test server and experience server
10.1 Test Server (Test Server) refers to the server provided by the developer Son of Qitian Studio to users during the testing phase (including but not limited to closed beta, beta, and open beta) of game products.
Experience server refers to a server launched by developer Son of Qitian Studio to test the stability of the latest version of the game system and game content in certain game products. Users can experience the latest product and service content on the experience server.
10.2 All materials within the testing and experience servers will not be within the scope of service storage. Once a user logs in to the test server or experience server and accepts the game services provided by the test server or experience server, it means that you voluntarily accept the following terms:
(1) The service content provided by the test server or experience server is an informal version, which may differ from the official service content and may result in program instability or data loss.
(2) Developer Qitian Studio (English name: Son of Qitian Studio) will maintain the test server or experience server from time to time, and delete all or part of the data of the test server and experience server as needed (including but not limited to the characters, experience points, props, and any related records and information in your account), or use them legally without any responsibility to the user.
(3) Considering the instability of the test and experience servers, the developer Son of Qitian Studio has the right not to provide various customer services published on the game's official website to users who log in to the test and experience servers.
11. Legal Liability
12.1 The user agrees to safeguard and maintain the interests of the developer, Son of Qitian Studio, and other users. If the user violates any relevant laws, regulations, or any terms of this user agreement and causes losses to the developer, Son of Qitian Studio, or any other third party, the user agrees to bear legal liability (including but not limited to civil liability, administrative liability, criminal liability, etc.).
12.2 The user agrees to compensate the parent company, subsidiaries, affiliated teams, employees, and all related personnel of Son of Qitian Studio for all damages and liabilities arising from the user's violation of relevant laws and regulations or this user agreement.
13. Disclaimer
13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer Son of Qitian Studio does not provide any warranties or liabilities, whether express or implied, to users, including but not limited to merchantability, applicability, reliability, accuracy, completeness, virus-free, and error free.
13.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer Son of Qitian Studio does not guarantee that the products and services provided by the developer Son of Qitian Studio will meet the requirements of users, nor does it guarantee that the services provided will not be interrupted, and does not guarantee the timeliness, security, error occurrence, and accuracy, timeliness, and smooth transmission of information.
13.3 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer Son of Qitian Studio shall not be liable for any accidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages or claims arising from the user's use of the developer's products and services, or in any way related to the developer's products and services.
13.4 Developer Qitian Studio (English name: Son of Qitian Studio) is only responsible for the responsibilities and scope specified in this agreement. If the company is unable to provide related products and services due to government actions, laws and regulations, or newly issued or changed laws and policies by relevant national authorities, it shall not be deemed as a breach of contract by Developer Qitian Studio (English name: Son of Qitian Studio).
14. Legal jurisdiction
14.1 All disputes related to this Agreement, including but not limited to disputes arising from the signing or performance of this Agreement, disputes arising during the performance of this Agreement, and disputes arising from the products and services under this Agreement, shall be governed by the court with jurisdiction over the location of the developer, Son of Qitian Studio (copyright owner).
16. Other regulations
16.1 Due to business development and other reasons, the developer Son of Qitian Studio may need to transfer or assign the rights and obligations under this agreement between affiliated teams to a third party
16.2 Within the scope permitted by law, the developer Son of Qitian Studio has the right to interpret the terms of this agreement.
