END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) FOR The Last Kingdom
IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE USING The Last Kingdom ("THE GAME"). BY USING THE GAME, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT.
1. LICENSE GRANT
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, MSG Studio hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial use on authorized devices only.
2. RESTRICTIONS
You agree not to:
a. Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Game without the prior written consent of MSG Studio.
b. Circumvent any technology used by MSG Studio to protect the Game or its users.
c. Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the Game.
d. Use the Game for any unlawful purpose.
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game (including all copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights) are owned by MSG Studio or its licensors.
4. TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective until terminated. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by uninstalling and destroying all copies of the Game in your possession. MSG Studio may terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason, including if you violate any term of this Agreement.
5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Game is provided "AS IS," without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MSG Studio disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will MSG Studio be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Game.
7. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement will be governed by the laws of Norway, without regard to its conflicts of law principles. Any litigation or dispute arising out of this Agreement will be venued in the competent courts in Norway.
8. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable, that provision will be removed, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
9. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and MSG Studio concerning the Game and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings regarding the Game.
By installing or using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
