By installing, accessing, or using Monster Hero ("the Game"), you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the Game.

2. License Grant
The developer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, or otherwise convey the Game or any elements of it to a third party.

3. Restrictions
You may not:

Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Game.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game.
Remove any copyright or proprietary notices in the Game.
4. Termination
Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms.

5. Liability Limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Game is provided "as is", and the developer will not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, personal injury, property damage, loss of data, or loss of profits.

6. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of Australia, excluding its conflict of law principles.

7. Updates and Changes
The developer reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time. Any modifications will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the Game after any changes will indicate your acceptance of such changes.

8. Entire Agreement
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and the developer relating to the Game and supersedes all prior oral or written communications.
