END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
This software is licensed, not sold.
StartMyGame, as well as its owners, developers and representatives (hereinafter "StartMyGame"), reserve all rights not expressly granted to you.
This is a legally binding agreement between you and StartMyGame.
IMPORTANT: THIS END USER AGREEMENT IS A TRANSLATION OF THE ORIGINAL RUSSIAN END USER AGREEMENT. Please read this End User License Agreement (the "Agreement") carefully before installing, opening or using the Jump Queen product (the "Product").
The product in this agreement means the game itself, as well as any component of the game, any other materials related to the game or necessary for the operation of the game, any images, models, textures, as well as game mechanics provided by StartMyGame for paid or free download.

6. EXCLUSION OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

11. TECHNICAL MEANS OF PROTECTION
Acceptance of this Agreement and an Internet connection are required to verify your license.
Technical security measures may download certain data to your device in order to authorize the Product.
Disabling or otherwise interfering with the technical means of protection may lead to incorrect functioning of the Product and is a material violation of this Agreement.
12. MISCELLANEOUS
This Agreement is the entire agreement between you and StartMyGame regarding the Product and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, warranties and understandings between you and StartMyGame (including those made by accident or negligence) regarding the subject matter of the agreement.
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, including, without limitation, the disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability set forth above, then such provision shall be deemed superseded and enforceable, but as close as possible in meaning to the original ones, and all other provisions of this Agreement remain in force.
