END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and The Mystery Box ("Developer") regarding the use of the video game Brazilian Fight: Capoeira.
By downloading, installing, or playing this game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA:
1. Grant of License The Developer grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the game solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
2. Restrictions You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or distribute the game.
Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the game or try to derive the source code.

3. Intellectual Property All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the game (including but not limited to characters, storylines, audio, code, and artwork) are owned by The Mystery Box. This game is protected by copyright laws and international treaties.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties The game is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The Developer does not warrant that the game will be error-free or that it will operate without interruption.
5. Limitation of Liability In no event shall The Mystery Box be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use this game.
6. Termination This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice from the Developer if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this EULA. Upon termination, you shall cease all use of the game and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the game.
