Tiki Tandems End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Agreement
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and M3DS Academy ("Company," "We," or "Us"), the developer of the "Tiki Tandems" game (the "Game"). By installing, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this EULA.
2. License
Subject to your compliance with the terms of this EULA, M3DS Academy grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license is granted for the duration that the Game is legally available to you and shall terminate automatically if you violate any of the terms outlined in this EULA.
3. Ownership
The Game, including all 3D assets' movements and Unreal Engine components, is licensed, not sold, and M3DS Academy retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Game, including all intellectual property rights.
4. Restrictions
You may not:
Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Game.
Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels on the Game.
Distribute, sell, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer the Game to any third party.
Use the Game for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
5. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies in your possession or control.
6. Warranty Disclaimer
The Game is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. M3DS Academy does not warrant that the Game will be error-free or meet your specific requirements.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall M3DS Academy be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Game, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of North Macedonia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Entire Agreement
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and M3DS Academy regarding the Game and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements.
