Skeletons Uprising End User License Agreement
PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. BY COPYING, INSTALLING, OR USING ALL OR ANY PORTION OF THIS SOFTWARE, YOU (HEREINAFTER “CUSTOMER”) ACCEPT ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT CUSTOMER AGREES THAT THIS AGREEMENT IS LIKE ANY WRITTEN NEGOTIATED AGREEMENT SIGNED BY CUSTOMER. THIS AGREEMENT IS ENFORCEABLE AGAINST CUSTOMER. IF CUSTOMER DOES NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, CUSTOMER MAY NOT USE THE SOFTWARE.
1. Definitions
1.1 "Skeletons Uprising" means the game, and the content within, that is being provided to the CUSTOMER.
1.2 "theghost3907" means the entity behind the creation and publication of Skeletons Uprising.
2. Liability
theghost3907 WILL NOT be liable to the CUSTOMER for any indirect or direct: loss, claims, damages, costs, or injury of any form due to a CUSTOMER's negligence and/or incompetence.
3. Distribution
The CUSTOMER WILL NOT distribute Skeletons Uprising or any of the content within Skeletons Uprising, that the CUSTOMER DOES NOT own, without the permission of theghost3907 or any affiliated third party, unless that content was made with the intention of being distributed.
