END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and [Your Company Name], a legal entity ("Licensor") for the video game software titled "Deadlocked," which includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, "online" or electronic documentation, and any online or electronic content (collectively, the "Software").

License

Restrictions

Ownership

The Software is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The Software is licensed, not sold. Licensor reserves all rights not expressly granted to you in this EULA.

Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this License will terminate automatically without notice from Licensor if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this EULA. Upon the termination of this License, you shall cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the Software.

Warranty

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The entire risk arising out of the use or performance of the Software remains with you.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Licensor be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the Software.
