END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) – ERECTORIA
IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS LICENSE CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING OR USING THIS SOFTWARE.
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you (either an individual or a single legal entity) and Wicked Tales Studio ("Licensor") for the game Erectoria ("Software"), including all media, visuals, assets, documentation, and content delivered via Steam.
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms, do not install or use the Software.
1. LICENSE GRANT
Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use one copy of the Software solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes on a device you own or control.
2. AGE RESTRICTION
This Software contains adult content and is intended for individuals aged 18 or older only. By accepting this Agreement and using the Software, you confirm that you meet the legal age requirements in your jurisdiction to access such content.
3. RESTRICTIONS
You may not:
Copy, distribute, rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, or modify the Software.
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Software.
Use the Software for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
Bypass any age verification or content restriction systems.
4. OWNERSHIP
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software and all copies thereof remain the property of the Licensor. The Software is licensed, not sold.
5. USER-GENERATED CONTENT
If the Software allows the creation or submission of user-generated content (such as screenshots, mods, etc.), you grant Licensor a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute such content for in-game or promotional purposes.
6. TERMINATION
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by either you or the Licensor. Your license rights will automatically terminate without notice if you fail to comply with any of the terms in this Agreement. Upon termination, you must uninstall and destroy all copies of the Software.
7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
The Software is provided "as is" without any warranties. Licensor does not guarantee that the Software will operate error-free or without interruption.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Licensor shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Software.
9. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Turkey. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Muğla, Turkey.
