Definitions and Interpretation

The terms used in this Agreement have the meanings as set out below: "Game" refers to the video game titled "Thanks, Light." "Company" refers to the creator and distributor of the Game. "User" refers to the person who purchases or downloads the Game.

License

The Company grants the User a non-exclusive license to use the Game for non-commercial purposes. The User may not resell, rent, lease, lend, or sublicense the Game.

Intellectual Property
All rights, ownership, and intellectual property related to the Game and all its associated elements are the exclusive property of the Company, and all rights are protected and reserved by the Company. This includes assets that have been licensed for use from third parties.

Privacy and Data Use
The Company is committed to protecting the User's privacy and will appropriately handle any information and data usage from the Game provided by the User. Details can be found in the Company's Privacy Policy.

Termination
If the User breaches this Agreement, the Company has the right to immediately terminate the Agreement. In this case, the User must immediately cease use of the Game and remove all copies of the Game.

Warranties and Limitation of Liability
The Game is provided "as is", and the Company disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. The User assumes all risk for use of the Game.

Miscellaneous
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the applicable country, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that country.
