You may install copies of Technocide for private and domestic purposes through Steam. You may not in any way distribute Technocide or parts of Technocide in its original form, such as binaries, graphical assets or audio files, to devices you do not possess. You must remove all copies of Technocide from devices before giving up possession of them.
You may capture and distribute screenshots and video footage of Technocide, create derivative works of such content and use them commercially on video sharing and streaming websites. You must credit Technocide as part of any derivative works and you must not present any part of Technocide as your own. You may not distribute large parts of the soundtrack uninterrupted by sound effects or your original commentary, whether or not it is accompanied with video footage. You may not capture, use or distribute sound from Technocide that is not part of a gameplay video.
You may modify Technocide and distribute such modifications if they contain no parts of Technocide and also do not contain malicious software. If you obtain such modifications to Technocide, use them at your own risk.
Dextrous Games Oy is not liable for any damages or losses caused by Technocide, any part of Technocide or any modifications to Technocide, within the extent of the law.
If you breach this EULA, you must immediately cease use of Technocide and irreversibly delete or destroy all copies or parts of Technocide in your possession in a timely manner.
