・Acts that cause anxiety, embarrassment, or discomfort to a third party, or acts such as threatening or stalking a third party.
・Advertising or promotion of products that are not authorized by the Company, or acts intended to solicit spam or other unwanted communications.
・Fraud or any other criminal activity.
・Modifying or deleting the contents of the Product or information that can be used by the Product.
・Acts that glorify, induce, or encourage suicide, self-harm, or drug abuse.
・Redistribution, lending, or resale of the Product in part or in whole (including copying).
・Alteration (including modifying data), modification, adaptation, decompiling, disassembly, or reverse engineering of the Product.
・The posting of content that infringes on the copyright or privacy of the Company or any other third party; the infringement of portrait rights.
・Any acts that defame or slander a specific company, organization, country, or ethnic group.
・The creation of content related to politics, religion, or ideology, or use by political or religious groups.
・Impersonating an individual or organization, or falsifying your relationship with an individual or organization by making false statements or through other misrepresentations.
・The violation of any of these Terms of Use.
・Any act that the Company deems inappropriate.
Liability Disclaimer
1. The Company is not responsible for any trouble, loss, or damage caused by the use of the Product or any related services. The Company also does not guarantee the operation of the Product.
2. The Company in no way guarantees the quality, performance, or fitness for purpose of use of the Product.
3. The Company is under no obligation to provide ongoing updates, improvements, or fixes to the Product.
4. All stories and settings shown or described in the Product are fictional.
The names of people, organizations, places, products, incidents, historical backgrounds, occupations, ideologies, religions, and so on appearing in the Product are all fictitious and bear no relation whatsoever to real events.
Additionally, all characters appearing in the Product are at least 18 years old.
