KULTRAS ENTERTAINMENT LICENSE AGREEMENT ("EULA")
IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY BEFORE DOWNLOADING OR USING THIS APPLICATION
This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Kultras Entertainment ("we") for the mobile application titled Starship Scramble and all related software, files, documentation, updates, upgrades and derivative works ("Application"). By downloading, installing, or otherwise using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not download, install, or use the Application.
LICENSE GRANT
Subject to this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Application for your personal non-commercial gameplay.
You may download information, images, artwork, text, video, audio, pictures and other materials from the Game to the extent necessary to access and use the Game for the purposes of this Agreement.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Application, including all content, computer code, titles, text, images, animations, artwork, audio, video, designs, sounds, themes, objects, characters, stories, dialogue, concepts and trade-marks and other materials, is protected by intellectual property laws and is the property of Kultras Entertainment or Licensed products from third parties. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Application.
USAGE RESTRICTIONS
You may not alter, edit, modify or make any changes to whole or any part of the Application nor to be combined or incorporated in any other software, nor decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the Application.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, resell, lend or otherwise use the Application for any commercial purpose.
You may not assist or allow any third party to any of the foregoing.
TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective until terminated. We may terminate your license if you fail to comply any of the terms. Upon termination, you must uninstall the Application and destroy all copies.
GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam Jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
