END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Little Guy Games Inc. ("Company") for the use of the game Endless Night: The Darkness Within ("Game"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. LICENSE GRANT
The Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, subject to the terms of this Agreement.
2. RESTRICTIONS
You agree not to:
Copy, distribute, or sublicense the Game.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game.
Use the Game for commercial purposes without explicit permission from the Company.
Modify or create derivative works based on the Game.
3. OWNERSHIP
All rights, title, and interest in the Game, including but not limited to its content, features, and intellectual property, are owned by the Company. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights.
4. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
The Game is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, arising from your use of or inability to use the Game.
6. TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective until terminated. The Company may terminate this Agreement at any time if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and delete all copies in your possession.
7. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada.
