End-User License Agreement (EULA) for "QUADRICOLOR ULTRA SENTAI COLOR RANGER"
This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Piros Team ("Company") for the use of the software game "QUADRICOLOR ULTRA SENTAI COLOR RANGER" ("Game") which includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, and online or electronic documentation (collectively, the "Software"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, User agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. **License Grant**
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Company grants User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to install and use the Software solely for User's personal, non-commercial use.
2. **Ownership**
The Software and any accompanying materials are the intellectual property of Company and are protected by copyright laws and international treaties. User acknowledges that no title to the intellectual property in the Software is transferred to User. User further acknowledges that title and full ownership rights to the Software will remain the exclusive property of Company.
3. **Restrictions**
User shall not:
a. Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Software;
b. Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Software;
c. Modify, adapt, translate, or otherwise alter the Software;
d. Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices on the Software or its documentation;
e. Rent, lease, lend, sublicense, or otherwise transfer rights to the Software;
f. Use the Software for any commercial purpose or for any purpose not expressly permitted by this Agreement.
4. **Termination**
This Agreement is effective until terminated. User's rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice from Company if User fails to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement. Upon termination, User shall cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the Software.
5. **Disclaimer of Warranty**
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The entire risk arising out of the use or performance of the Software remains with User.
6. **Limitation of Liability**
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Company or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of data, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use or inability to use the Software, even if Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. **Entire Agreement**
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between User and Company concerning the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous oral or written communications, proposals, and representations with respect to the Software.
By installing and using the Software, User acknowledges that they have read this Agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
