END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) FOR PIROOT

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "Licensee") and Frank Force Games (hereinafter referred to as "Licensor") for the video game Piroot ("Game") available on the Steam platform. By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.

License Grant:
Subject to the terms and conditions of this EULA, Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the Game on a personal computer or compatible device owned or controlled by Licensee. This license is for personal, non-commercial use only.

Intellectual Property Rights:
The Game and all its components, including but not limited to graphics, audio, code, and documentation, are the intellectual property of Frank Force Games, protected by copyright laws and international treaties. Licensee acknowledges and agrees that all rights, title, and interest in and to the Game and its content are owned by Licensor. This EULA does not convey any ownership rights to Licensee.

Restrictions:
Licensee shall not, directly or indirectly:
a. Copy, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Game or any part thereof;
b. Sell, sublicense, rent, lease, lend, distribute, or otherwise transfer or exploit the Game or any part thereof for any commercial purpose;
c. Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary rights notices included in the Game or any part thereof;
d. Use the Game in any manner that violates applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights;
e. Use cheats, hacks, or any other unauthorized third-party software in connection with the Game.

User Content:
The Game may allow Licensee to create, upload, or otherwise provide user-generated content ("User Content"). Licensee retains ownership of any User Content created or uploaded by Licensee. However, by creating or uploading User Content, Licensee grants Licensor a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, display, and distribute the User Content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Game.

Online Services:
The Game may include online services that require an internet connection. Licensee is responsible for any internet access and connection fees. Licensor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the online services at any time, with or without notice, and is not liable to Licensee or any third party for any such modifications, suspensions, or terminations.

Termination:
This EULA is effective until terminated. Licensee's rights under this EULA will automatically terminate without notice if Licensee breaches any of its terms. Upon termination, Licensee must immediately cease all use of the Game and delete all copies from Licensee's devices and storage.

Disclaimer of Warranty:
The Game is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Licensor disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Licensor shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Game, even if Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law:
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your jurisdiction], without regard to its conflicts of law principles.

Entire Agreement:
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between Licensee and Licensor concerning the Game and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous representations, understandings, or agreements.

By clicking "I agree" or by installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game, Licensee acknowledges that Licensee has read and understood this EULA and agrees to be bound by its terms and conditions.

If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install, copy, or use the Game.
