Please read the entirety of this End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) carefully before clicking the “I Agree” button, downloading or using any of the applications (“Application(s)”) or services (“Service(s)”) provided by Corvaena Games, LLC ("us", "we", or "our") in any of their available versions.
By clicking the “I Agree” button, downloading or using the Application, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. You also agree to Corvaena Games, LLC Terms of Service and Privacy Policy which can be reviewed at https://corvaena.com.
License
Corvaena Games, LLC grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and/or use the Application solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
You are responsible for ensuring your device meets the minimum requirements for this Application and that you are running the correct Application version for your chosen device. This applies to any and all platforms be it PC, MAC, Mobile phone, or Other.
Limitation of Liability
Corvaena Games, LLC software and services are provided “As Is”. Use of the Application or related services is done at your own risk. You agree not to hold Corvaena Games, LLC liable for any potential damages to yourself or your property.
Corvaena Games, LLC strives for quality, security and playability, but does not guarantee quality, level of enjoyment or playability or that the Application will be completely free of corruption, hackers, loss, viruses, or any other potentially damaging errors.
Restrictions
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
a) license, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit the Application or make the Application available to any third party.
b) edit, modify, reverse engineer, adapt, translate, decompile, disassemble or otherwise change all or part of the Application for commercial or personal exploitation.
Modifications to Application
Corvaena Games, LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Application or any service to which it connects, with or without notice and without liability to you. You agree Corvaena Games, LLC has no obligation to support previous versions of the Application once an updated version has been made available or any version that has been discontinued at the sole discretion of Corvaena Games, LLC.
Term and Termination
This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by you or Corvaena Games, LLC.
Corvaena Games, LLC may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without prior notice.
This Agreement will terminate immediately, without prior notice from Corvaena Games, LLC, in the event that you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. You may also terminate this Agreement by deleting the Application and all copies thereof from your mobile device or from your desktop and to cease to use the Application in any of its available formats.
Upon termination of this Agreement, you shall cease all use of the Application and delete all copies of the Application from your mobile device or from your desktop and to cease to use the Application in any of its available formats.
Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Amendments to this Agreement
Corvaena Games, LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
Governing Law
This EULA and any disputes arising out of or in connection to this EULA shall be governed by and in accordance with laws of the State of Michigan in the United States.
