2.2 Account Suspension: In the event of any violation of this Agreement, Developer reserves the right to terminate the User's license to the software and may permanently suspend the User's account.
2.3 User Responsibility: User is solely responsible for any content created, published, or distributed within the software, including but not limited to illegal, extreme violent, hateful, pornographic, or copyright-infringing content. Developer shall not be held liable for any issues arising from User-created content.
Privacy Protection
3.1 Data Collection: The software may collect, store, and process User's personal information. Developer will comply with applicable privacy laws and policies and protect the security of User's personal information.
3.2 Data Usage: User agrees that Developer may use User's personal information for software improvement, technical support, and marketing activities, in accordance with applicable laws and privacy policies.
3.3 Third-Party Services: The software may include links to third-party services or websites. Developer is not responsible for the privacy practices and content of such third-party services.
Disclaimer of Liability
4.1 The software is provided on an "as is" basis, and Developer makes no express or implied warranties regarding the suitability, reliability, security, or accuracy of the software.
4.2 User assumes all risks associated with the use of the software, and Developer shall not be liable for any damages or data loss arising from the use of the software.
4.3 Developer is not responsible for the content, reliability, or security of third-party software, services, or websites.
Termination of Agreement
5.1 Developer has the right to terminate this Agreement and revoke User's license to the software at any time.
5.2 User may stop using the software at any time and uninstall it from the device.
Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
6.1 This Agreement shall be governed by the applicable laws.
6.2 In the event of any dispute arising from this Agreement, the parties shall attempt to resolve it amicably through negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit in a court of competent jurisdiction.
Miscellaneous
7.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the use of the software and supersedes any other written or oral agreements.
7.2 If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
7.3 The failure of Developer to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
