END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
GALACTIC WARSHIP
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Box of Tricks Entertainment LLC ("Company") for the software product identified above, which includes computer software and associated media and printed materials, and may include "online" or electronic documentation ("Software").
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Software.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE
The Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software on a single computer. You may not network the Software or otherwise use it on more than one computer or terminal at the same time.
2. COPYRIGHT
The Software is owned by the Company and is protected by United States copyright laws and international treaty provisions. You may not copy the Software except to make one copy solely for backup or archival purposes.
3. OTHER RESTRICTIONS
You may not rent or lease the Software. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law.
4. USER GENERATED CONTENT
Any content created by you within the game remains your intellectual property. However, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for the purpose of operating and improving the game.
5. ONLINE SERVICES
The Company may provide you with access to online services related to the Software. The Company may change or discontinue these services at any time.
6. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE FUNCTIONS CONTAINED IN THE SOFTWARE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THE OPERATION OF THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.
8. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the Company maintains its principal place of business.
9. TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by destroying the Software and all copies thereof. It will also terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy the Software and all copies thereof.
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.
