This END USER LICENCE AGREEMENT (EULA) shall come into effect between Black Halo Games Limited (we/us) and the user (you/your) upon your installation of the Program.
Who we are and what this EULA does
We, Black Halo Games Limited (a company registered in England with registration no. 07695185) grant you a non-exclusive license:
to install the Program on your personal computer for the purpose of playing
Prison Gang Wars™ (Game) solely as permitted in this EULA.
Age restrictions
If you are between the ages of 13 and 18 Or you are between the age of 13 and the age of legal majority in your country of residence, you shall be entitled to install the Program only after obtaining approval from your parent or legal guardian, who agrees to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
You may not transfer the Program to someone else
We are granting you personally the right to use the Program as set out in this EULA. You may not transfer the Program to someone else, whether for money, for anything else or for free. If you sell any device on which the Program is installed, you must remove the Program from it.
STEAM'S terms also apply
The ways in which you can use the Program in order to play the Game may also be controlled by the STEAM PLATFORM (the Platform) rules and policies. You shall comply with the Platform’s rules and policies when using the Platform to install the Program and play the Game. We are not responsible for your use of the Platform unless it is directly related to your usage of the Program and you should contact the service providers of the Platform directly in relation to any issues you experience with the Platform.
Intellectual property rights
All intellectual property rights, including without limitation copyright and related rights, database rights, design rights, rights in software, trade secrets, trade names and trade marks (registered or unregistered) in the Program throughout the world belong to us (or our licensors) and the rights in Program are licensed (not sold) to you.
You have no intellectual property rights in, or to, the Program other than the right to use them in accordance with the terms of this EULA.
Changes to the terms of this EULA
We may at our discretion change the terms of this EULA from time to time, including in order to reflect changes to the law or the requirements of the Platform.
If we make changes to the terms of the EULA, we shall display the changed version in our game store on the Platform and the initial game screen when you next start the Game. By continuing to use the Program and play the Game you are deemed to accept the changed version of the EULA. If and to the extent that changes to the terms of the EULA will affect the user experience we shall use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of the changes by displaying them in our Platform game store before they come into effect.
Updates and modifications to the Program
From time to time, we may from time to time provide an updated or modified version of the Program to improve performance, expand the functions and player experience of the Game and to fix bugs. The terms of this EULA shall also apply to such updated or modified version of the Program.
If you choose not to install such updated or modified version of the Program, you may continue using the original version but will not be able to access any additional content or features.

You may at any time terminate this EULA by uninstalling the Program from your personal computer.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate this EULA on notice to you. If you are in breach of any of the terms of this EULA, the licence granted hereunder will terminate automatically. On termination of this EULA for any reason, you must uninstall the Program from your computer and confirm that you have done this.
No Warranties
The Program and its contents are provided on an “as is” basis. You acknowledge that you are using the Program at your own risk and are responsible for ensuring that the Program is suitable for your purposes prior to installing it and that it is compatible with the operating system you are using. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties either express or implied as to safety of the Game, Program functionality and fitness for purpose, that your use of the Program will be interrupted or error free and that the Program is free from viruses or other harmful components.
In no circumstances shall we be liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising from your use of the Program. This includes, without limitation, loss or damages in tort (including for negligence or breach of statutory duty), contract, misrepresentation (whether innocent or negligent or otherwise), direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage.
Notwithstanding the limitations set out above, you acknowledge that in no circumstances shall our aggregate liability exceed the amount paid by you to purchase the licence to install the Program.
Nothing shall affect our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, nor any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
We are not responsible for events outside our control. We shall have no liability if your use of the Program is interrupted or delayed by an event outside our control.
No rights for third parties
This agreement does not give rise to any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of this agreement.
If a court finds part of this contract illegal, the rest will continue in force
Each of the terms of this EULA operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful, the remaining terms will remain in full force and effect.
Even if we delay in enforcing the terms of this EULA, we can still enforce it later
Even if we delay in enforcing this EULA, we can still enforce it later. If we do not insist immediately that you do anything you are required to do under these terms, or if we delay in taking steps against you in respect of your breaking this EULA, that will not mean that you do not have to do those things and it will not prevent us taking steps against you at a later date.
Governing law and jurisdiction
The terms of this EULA, including its subject matter and formation are governed and interpreted by English law and you irrevocably agree that the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of in connection with this EULA, its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims),

- use the Program in any unlawful manner, for any unlawful purpose, or in any manner inconsistent with these Terms, or act fraudulently or maliciously, for example, by hacking into or inserting malicious code, such as viruses, or harmful data, into the Program or any operating system;
- infringe our intellectual property rights or those of any third party in relation to your use of the Program, such as to copy (except for the purpose of installing the Program), modify, alter, modify, create derivative works, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, extract or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Program or any part of it;
- undertake any commercial use of the Program or any part of it;
- transmit any material that is defamatory, offensive or otherwise objectionable in relation to your use of the Program;
- interfere with or disrupt the contents and functionality of the Program;
- collect or harvest any information or data from the Program or attempt to decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running any Service.
Termination
