This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is provided by Dark Mountain Studios ("Company") and governs the use of the software The Hallways ("Game"). By downloading and using the Game, you agree to the terms provided by the Company. Please read this Agreement carefully.

The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

• Redistribute, sell, or sublicense the Game.
  
• Modify the source code, create derivative works, or perform reverse engineering on the Game.
  
• Use the Game for illegal purposes.

In-game communication or other user-generated content is the sole responsibility of the users. The Company is not responsible for user-generated content.

The Game and all its content are the property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The Company may provide periodic updates to improve the functionality of the Game or fix bugs. The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be effective from the date they are posted.

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available." The Company does not guarantee that the Game will be error-free or uninterrupted. The Company is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

This Agreement will automatically terminate if the user violates its terms. Upon termination, the user must immediately cease using the Game.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Turkey. In the event of a dispute, the courts of Turkey will have jurisdiction.
