End User License Agreement (EULA) for Dark Zone
Effective Date: 15/09/2023
1. Definitions
"Developer" refers to GSOFT.
"Game" refers to Dark Zone.
"User" refers to the individual who downloads, installs, or uses the Game.
2. Grant of License
The Developer grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Game in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this EULA.
3. Restrictions on Use
The User shall not:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game.
Distribute, sublicense, sell, rent, or lease the Game to third parties without express permission from the Developer.
Use the Game for fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized purposes.
4. Intellectual Property
The Game and all intellectual property rights related to it (including copyrights and trademarks) are the exclusive property of the Developer.
5. Updates and Support
The Developer may provide periodic updates to the Game, but is not obligated to do so.
The Developer does not guarantee the ongoing availability of technical support.
6. Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability
The User understands and agrees that the Game is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind.
The Developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Game.
7. Termination
The Developer reserves the right to terminate this license in case of User's breach of the terms of this EULA.
8. Entire Agreement
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between the User and the Developer regarding the Game and supersedes all prior agreements.
9. Acceptance
By installing or using the Game, the User agrees to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
