End-User License Agreement (EULA) for "Arcane Arena"

Please read this End-User License Agreement ("EULA") carefully before installing, accessing, or using Arcane Arena (the "Game"). By installing, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this EULA, do not install, access, or use the Game.
License Grant:
Subject to your compliance with this EULA, AngelPixel Studios grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited, and revocable license to install, access, and use the Game for your personal, non-commercial use on compatible devices, as permitted by the terms outlined below.
Intellectual Property:
The Game, including all its content, artwork, designs, code, graphics, and other materials, is the sole property of AngelPixel Studios and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws and treaties. You agree not to copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, display, or create derivative works from the Game or any of its content without the express written consent of AngelPixel Studios.
User Conduct:
You agree to use the Game in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations and to not engage in any activity that may interfere with the operation of the Game or compromise its security. You also agree not to:
a) Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Game.
b) Use any unauthorized third-party software or tools to gain an unfair advantage in the Game.
c) Harass, threaten, defame, or harm other players or individuals while using the Game.
d) Use the Game for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Termination:
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice from AngelPixel Studios if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and uninstall it from your devices.
Updates and Changes:
AngelPixel Studios may, from time to time, release updates, patches, or modifications to the Game to improve functionality, performance, or to address security issues. By installing the Game, you agree to receive such updates automatically and understand that they may affect your ability to use the Game if not installed.
Disclaimer of Warranty:
THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. ANGELPIXEL STUDIOS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Limitation of Liability:
IN NO EVENT SHALL ANGELPIXEL STUDIOS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE GAME OR THIS EULA, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this EULA shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of United Kingdom.
Entire Agreement:
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and AngelPixel Studios regarding the Game and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether oral or written.
By installing, accessing, or using the Game, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
