LIMITED SOFTWARE WARRANTY AND LICENSE AGREEMENT

This LIMITED SOFTWARE WARRANTY AND LICENSE AGREEMENT (this "Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or an entity) and the Developer, Fancy Cat Interactive, and Publisher, Iceberg Interactive B.V. (collectively referred to as "Developer” and “Publisher").
By downloading, installing, or playing Heroes of Valor (“the Game”), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or play the Game (online).
1. License Grant
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. All rights not explicitly granted to you remain with the Developer and Publisher.
2. Code of Conduct
By playing the Game, you agree not to:
-Use cheats, exploits, bots, or unauthorized third-party software.
-Engage in harassment, hate speech, racism, or any form of abusive behaviour.
-Disrupt the experience of others through griefing, spamming, or similar conduct.
Impersonate staff or other users.
We reserve the right to take enforcement actions, including suspension or termination of online access, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, in case of any violation of these rules.
3. Account Suspension and Enforcement
Violation of this Agreement may result in temporary or permanent suspension of online access to the Game, your in-game content, or associated services.
4. Ownership
All content, assets, and intellectual property in the Game remain the sole property of the Developer, Fancy Cat Interactive. You may not modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the Game or any part of it.
All trademarks, logos, and other visual or audio elements are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
5. Updates and Changes
We may update the Game or this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Game after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Where required by law, material changes will be communicated to you.
6. No Warranty / Limitation of Liability
The Game is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer and Publisher shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Game.
Nothing in this Agreement shall exclude or limit any statutory rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer protection law.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of The Netherlands. All disputes arising from this Agreement shall be submitted to the competent courts of Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, it shall be severed without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.
This Agreement does not override the terms of the Steam Subscriber Agreement. In case of conflict, Valve’s policies shall apply where required.
