End-User License Agreement (EULA)
This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and simpplegames ("Developer") that governs your installation and use of SurvivalOfRunt ("Game").

Article 1. License Grant
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Developer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the Game for your personal, non-commercial use.
Article 2. Prohibited Actions
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game.
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Game or any part thereof.
- Rent, resell, redistribute, or transfer the Game to any third party.
- Illegally extract, reproduce, or use any in-game content (images, audio, text, code, etc.).
Article 3. Ownership
The copyright and all intellectual property rights in and to the Game and all materials contained therein are owned exclusively by the Developer. This Agreement does not transfer ownership of the content to you; it only grants you a license to use it.
Article 4. Privacy and Data Collection
This Game does not collect personally identifiable information such as your email, name, or phone number. It may only collect the following non-identifiable information:
- Epic Games PUID (Product User ID): For identifying game data.
- Screenshots voluntarily submitted by the User for bug reporting.
The collected information is used solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.
Article 5. Limitation of Liability
The Game is provided "AS IS". The Developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that may arise from the use or operation of the Game. You assume all responsibility for your use of the Game.
Article 6. Termination of Agreement
This Agreement will terminate immediately and without prior notice if you fail to comply with its terms. In such an event, you must immediately delete all copies of the Game in your possession.
Article 7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in the district where the Developer's head office is located.
Article 8. Changes to the Agreement
The Developer may change this Agreement without prior notice, and any changes will be announced through in-game notices. You are responsible for regularly checking for updates. The latest version of this Agreement will be provided through in-game notices and may not be available through external channels such as a separate website.
※ If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, please discontinue the installation or use of the Game.
