1. Introduction

1.1 This End User License Agreement ("EULA") governs the sale and use of the Stream to 3D software program ("Software") sold on the Steam platform.

1.2 By purchasing and/or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not purchase or use the Software.

2. License Grant

2.1 We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Software for your personal, non-commercial use on not more than 3 computers owned or otherwise controlled by you, subject to the terms and conditions of this EULA.

2.2 The Software requires an internet connection and user account on Steam to install, activate, and function.

2.3 All intellectual property rights in the Software are owned by us and are protected by applicable copyright and other intellectual property laws and international treaties. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you under this EULA.

3. Third Party Software
3.1 The Software utilizes other software programs that are distributed free of charge or under open source licenses ("Third Party Software").

3.2 Third Party Software is licensed to you under the terms of the applicable open source license conditions and copyright notices included with such software.

3.3 The Software is a collective work that uses Third Party Software in a "fork and execute" mode. The open source license terms applicable to the Third Party Software do not apply to the Software as a whole.

3.4 Notices, terms, and/or source code availability for Third Party Software are provided within the Software documentation and/or on request.

3.5 We make no representations or warranties concerning Third Party Software. Use of Third Party Software is at your own risk.

4. License Restrictions

4.1 You may not:

(a) Copy or reproduce the Software except as provided in Section 2.

(b) Sell, sublicense, rent, lease, lend, distribute, or otherwise transfer the Software to any third party.

(c) Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Software.

(d) Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code for the Software.

(e) Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices displayed in the Software.

(f) Use the Software for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

(g) Use the Software to develop any other software program substantially similar in functionality.

5. Ownership

5.1 The Software is licensed, not sold. This EULA grants you limited license rights only, but you do not acquire any rights, express or implied, in the Software other than those specified in this EULA. We and our licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all patents, copyrights, trade secrets, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

6.1 The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6.2 We do not warrant that the Software will meet your requirements, that the Software will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error free or free from viruses or other harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 In no event will we be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damage arising out of or in connection with this EULA or the Software, whether based on breach of contract, breach of warranty, negligence, product liability or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7.2 Our total cumulative liability arising out of or in connection with this EULA or the Software will not exceed the amount you paid for the Software on Steam.

8. Termination

8.1 This EULA is effective until terminated by you or by us.

8.2 This EULA will terminate automatically if you breach any term of this EULA.

8.3 Upon termination of this EULA, the license granted herein will terminate and you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies of the Software in your possession.

9. Applicable Law

9.1 This EULA is governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Entire Agreement

10.1 This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and us and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous negotiations or agreements, whether written or oral, related to the subject matter of this EULA.

11. Severability

11.1 If any provision of this EULA is held to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent possible and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

12. Waiver

12.1 Any failure by us to enforce or exercise any provisions of this EULA will not constitute a waiver.
