END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("Licensee") and MUNDOS DESENVOLVIMENTOS LTDA doing business as QUARTOMUNDO GAMES & VFX("Licensor"), for the game entitled "THE LIGHT OF THE DARKNESS: Classic" ("Software").
1. GRANT OF LICENSE: Subject to the terms of this EULA, Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on a device for personal, non-commercial use.
2. RESTRICTIONS: You may not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, rent, lease, sell, or create derivative works based on the Software or any part thereof. Unauthorized copying of the Software is expressly prohibited.
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: All intellectual property rights in the Software, including copyrights, trademarks, and patents, are owned by Licensor and are protected by law.
4. TERMINATION: This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies.
5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES: The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Licensor does not warrant that the Software will meet your requirements or that operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: In no event shall Licensor be liable for any damages arising from or related to the Software or this EULA, including but not limited to consequential, indirect, or incidental damages.
7. GOVERNING LAW: This EULA shall be governed by the laws of República Federativa do Brasil. Any disputes arising from this EULA shall be resolved in the courts of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
8. ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior understandings, agreements, or representations.
BY INSTALLING, COPYING, OR USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS EULA. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS EULA, DO NOT INSTALL, COPY, OR USE THE SOFTWARE.
