End User License Agreement (EULA)
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (referred to as "User" or "You") and PACHI_DEV (referred to as "Company") for the use of the RhythmMMO game ("Game") available on the Steam platform. By using or accessing the Game, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
License Grant:
Subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, PACHI_DEV grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not grant you any ownership rights or intellectual property rights in the Game.
User Obligations:
2.1. You shall comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations while using the Game.
2.2. You shall not:
a. Copy, reproduce, duplicate, modify, distribute, display, or create derivative works of the Game, except as expressly permitted by this Agreement;
b. Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Game, except as permitted by applicable law;
c. Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels on the Game;
d. Use the Game for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes;
e. Interfere with or disrupt the servers or networks connected to the Game;
f. Engage in any activity that may harm the integrity or security of the Game or its users.
Intellectual Property:
3.1. All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and any other proprietary rights, in and to the Game are owned by PACHI_DEV.
3.2. You acknowledge that the Game contains proprietary information and trade secrets of PACHI_DEV. You agree not to disclose, distribute, or reproduce any confidential information or trade secrets related to the Game without prior written consent from PACHI_DEV.
Termination:
4.1. This Agreement is effective until terminated by either party.
4.2. PACHI_DEV may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing notice to you. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and delete any copies in your possession.
4.3. You may terminate this Agreement by discontinuing the use of the Game and uninstalling it from your devices.
Limitation of Liability:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PACHI_DEV and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Game, even if PACHI_DEV has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where PACHI_DEV is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiations in good faith. In the event of failure to reach a resolution, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration authority.
Miscellaneous:
7.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and PACHI_DEV concerning the Game and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.
7.2. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
7.3. PACHI_DEV reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. You are responsible for reviewing the most current version of the Agreement on the Steam platform.
By using the Game, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
