We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms and conditions of this EULA.
Ownership
The Software and any copies that you are authorized by Us to make are the intellectual property of and are owned by Mythic Forge Studios. The structure, organization, and code of the Software are valuable trade secrets and confidential information of Mythic Forge Studios. The Software is licensed, not sold.
Restrictions
You may not modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Software, except to the extent that this restriction is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
You may not rent, lease, lend, sublicense, or provide commercial hosting services with the Software.
You may not remove any proprietary notices or labels on the Software.
No Warranties
The Software is provided "as is", without any express or implied warranty of any kind, including but not limited to any warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Mythic Forge Studios or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, or lost information) arising out of the use of or inability to use the Software, even if Mythic Forge Studios has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice from Us if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this EULA. Upon termination, you shall cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the Software.
Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Mythic Forge Studios is located, without reference to its choice of law principles.
Miscellaneous
If any part of this EULA is found void and unenforceable, it will not affect the validity of the balance of the EULA, which shall remain valid and enforceable according to its terms.
Agreement
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Mythic Forge Studios relating to the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous oral or written communications, proposals, and representations with respect to the Software or any other subject matter covered by this EULA.
