This game is the intellectual property of Wen Linghao, including but not limited to copyright, trademark rights, patent rights, etc. Without the express written permission of Wen Linghao, you are not allowed to use, copy, modify, disseminate, display, or produce any works related to this game.
3. Disclaimer
This game is provided "as is", and Wen Linghao does not guarantee the applicability, safety, accuracy, completeness, reliability, timeliness, error free, continuity, stability, availability, virus free, error free or uninterrupted nature of this game. Wen Linghao shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages caused by the use of this game.
4. Termination
If you violate any of the terms of this agreement, Wen Linghao has the right to terminate this agreement immediately, and you must immediately stop using this game and destroy all works related to this game.
5. Applicable Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the China, and any dispute shall be submitted to the people's court where Wen Linghao is located for settlement.
6. Others
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Wen Linghao and supersedes any other agreements between you and Wen Linghao. If any provision of this agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, it shall be deemed to be deleted from this agreement without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
