📜 End User License Agreement (EULA) for Wilderness Edge

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("Player," "You," or "User") and Envying Centaur Gaming ("Developer," "We," or "Us") regarding the use of the video game Wilderness Edge ("Game").
By installing, copying, or otherwise using this Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Game.
1. License Grant
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Wilderness Edge solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
Distribute, resell, or sublicense the Game;
Modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise tamper with the Game;
Use the Game to create or distribute unauthorized derivative works;
Use the Game in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
3. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game (including all code, assets, trademarks, and content) are owned by Envying Centaur Gaming and protected under copyright and intellectual property laws.
4. User-Generated Content
If the Game allows you to create or share content, you retain ownership of your contributions but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute such content for promotional or gameplay purposes.
5. Warranty Disclaimer
The Game is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding performance, compatibility, or that the Game will be error-free.
6. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Game, including but not limited to loss of data, interruption of service, or hardware/software failures.
7. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by uninstalling the Game. We may terminate this Agreement if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the Game.
8. Updates & Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Game following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of [Your State/Country], without regard to conflict of law principles.
