Please read this End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before using the software provided with the game "Solaro" ("Game"). This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions for your use of the Game as distributed through the Steam platform (Valve Corporation).
1. License Grant:
Subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, 3body Games ("Developer") grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes on a single user account on the Steam platform. This license is for your use only and does not grant you any rights to distribute or sublicense the Game.
2. Ownership:
The Game is licensed, not sold, to you. You acknowledge that all intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and any other proprietary rights, in and to the Game are owned by the Developer or its licensors. This Agreement does not convey to you any title or ownership interest in the Game.
3. Steam Platform:
Your use of the Game is subject to the terms and conditions set forth by the Steam platform. The Developer is not responsible for any issues, limitations, or policies imposed by the Steam platform.
4. Restrictions:
You agree not to:
a. Copy, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Game, except as expressly permitted by applicable law; b. Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels on the Game;
c. Use the Game for any commercial purpose or exploit the Game for monetary gain;
d. Share, distribute, rent, lease, lend, sublicense, or transfer the Game to any third party without the express written consent of the Developer or in accordance with the Steam platform's terms;
e. Use the Game in a manner that violates any applicable laws or regulations or infringes upon the rights of others.
5. Updates and Support:
The Developer may provide updates, upgrades, or bug fixes to the Game through the Steam platform. However, the Developer is under no obligation to provide any support or maintenance services for the Game. Any support or assistance regarding the Game should be sought through the Steam platform's support channels. Specific bugs and others issues may be brought to the attention of the Developer by submitting an error report or help request at https://3bodygames.studio/contact.
6. Automatic Error Reports and Player Progress Reports:
i. Automatic Error Reports:
Your version of the Game may offer the option to submit automatic error reports. By clicking Accept, you acknowledge and agree that the Game may automatically collect and transmit anonymous error information from your device in the event of a software malfunction or crash. This error information is solely used for diagnostic purposes and improving the stability and performance of the Game.
ii. Playtest Version Error Reports:
If you are using a playtest or beta version of the Game, automatic error reporting is mandatory. By using the software, you consent to the implementation of this feature.
iii. Player Progress Reports:
Additionally, beta test versions may collect anonymous player progress reports to study and improve the player experience. These reports may include, but are not limited to, information about in-game achievements, level completion, and other gameplay metrics. This information is gathered to identify potential issues, assess overall game balance, and enhance the overall quality of the Game. By using the software, you consent to the implementation of this feature.
iv. Anonymity:
The collected error information and player progress reports are handled in an anonymized form, ensuring that no personally identifiable information is included.
v. Opting Out:
If you do not wish to participate in automatic reporting, do not use the playtest or beta test versions of the Game. If you have opted in to automatic error reporting but now wish to disable the feature, please uninstall and reinstall the software.

7. Termination:
This Agreement is effective until terminated. The Developer may terminate this Agreement immediately and without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms and conditions. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and uninstall it from your computer or gaming device.
8. Disclaimer of Warranty:
THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE DEVELOPER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE GAME WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THE OPERATION OF THE GAME WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. THE DEVELOPER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY TECHNICAL ISSUES ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE STEAM PLATFORM.
9. Limitation of Liability:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT, THE GAME, OR THE USE OF THE STEAM PLATFORM, EVEN IF THE DEVELOPER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF THE DEVELOPER, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE GAME.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be exclusively brought in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.
11. Entire Agreement:
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Developer regarding the Game and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements, whether oral or written.
By using the Game, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Game.

THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF THE DEVELOPER, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE GAME.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be exclusively brought in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.
11. Entire Agreement:
