Welcome to the Shenzuo Road game service! In order to protect your own rights and interests, please read the specific statements of each clause carefully before using the game software and related services provided by Shenzuo Road.
Please carefully read and fully understand the contents of each clause of this agreement, especially the clauses that exempt or limit the liability of Shenzuo Road (hereinafter referred to as "the exemption clause"), the clauses that restrict the user's rights (hereinafter referred to as "the restriction clause"), the agreed dispute resolution method and the provisions under the jurisdiction of law. The foregoing exemption, limitation, dispute resolution and jurisdiction clauses may be bold in bold, colored or other reasonable ways to remind you of them.
Unless you have read and accepted all the terms of this agreement, you have no right to use the Shenzuo Road game service. If you click "agree", "accept" or "next step", or you register and use the Shenzuo Road Game Service, it will be deemed that you have read and accepted all the contents of this agreement. Thereafter, you may not raise any form of defense for not reading/agreeing to the contents of this agreement or similar reasons.
If you are under the age of 18, please read this agreement with your guardian, and you can use the Shenzuo Road game service only after obtaining the guardian's consent, including the consent of all the terms of this agreement and your behavior of using the Shenzuo Road game service and paying for the Shenzuo Road game service.
1、 [Definition]
1. Shenzuo Road game software: refers to the game software provided by Shenzuo Road that can run on mobile intelligent devices and/or computer terminals (including mobile games, web games, H5 games, etc.), as well as the update, upgrade, patch, expansion, etc. of such game software, including the network servers, websites, forums or electronic documents related to such game software.
2. Shenzuo Road Game Service: refers to the game software provided by Shenzuo Road and various online operation services related to the game software.
3. You, also known as "player" or "user", are natural persons who are authorized to use Shenzuo Road game software or accept Shenzuo Road game services through legal channels.
2、 [Scope of Agreement]
1. Signing subject: This agreement is concluded by the user and Chongqing Shenzuo Road Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shenzuo Road"), the provider of Shenzuo Road game service, and has legal effect.
2. Supplementary agreement: Due to the rapid development of the Internet industry, the terms listed in this agreement cannot fully list and cover all the rights and obligations of you and Shenzuo Road, and the existing agreement cannot guarantee to fully meet the needs of future development. Therefore, the Shenzuo Road Account Service Terms, the Shenzuo Road Privacy Policy, the game rules and their revised versions are all supplementary agreements to this agreement, which are inseparable from this agreement and have the same legal effect. If you use the Shenzuo Road game service, you are deemed to agree to the above supplementary agreement.
3. Change of agreement: Shenzuo Road has the right to change the terms of this agreement when necessary. You can check the latest version of the agreement terms on the relevant page of Shenzuo Road. If you disagree with the change, you should stop using the Shenzuo Road game service from the effective date of the change; If you continue to use the Shenzuo Road game service after the change takes effect, it is deemed that you agree to the effective change.
3、 [Game account]
1. Before using the Shenzuo Road game service, you must register the Shenzuo Road game account (hereinafter referred to as the "user account") with your real identity information, mobile phone number or other third-party accounts recognized by Shenzuo Road (such as TapTap account, WeChat account, QQ account, Weibo account, etc.). Users must provide their identity information for real-name registration, and ensure that the personal information provided by them is true, legal, accurate and effective. Users are not allowed to register in real-name with the identity information of others. If you use a third-party account approved by Shenzuo Road as a game account, you should also abide by the agreement and rules on the third-party account.
2. The user agrees that the personal registration information provided by you will be the only basis for Shenzuo Road to determine the relevance between the user and the game account and identify the user's identity. Users are obliged to keep their account and password properly and use them reasonably. Shenzuo Road will take reasonable technical and management measures to ensure the security of their account and password. If any party fails to fulfill the above obligations, resulting in the theft or loss of user accounts and passwords, and causing damage to your or others' civil rights, it shall bear the legal liabilities arising therefrom.
3. If you find that your user account and password have abnormal login and are illegally used by others, you should timely notify Shenzuo Road to take necessary measures for your user account and password, including but not limited to suspending login and use, freezing consumption and transfer of virtual goods in the account, etc. Shenzuo Road has the right to ask you to provide and verify the valid personal information that is consistent with your registered personal information when taking restrictive measures on abnormal accounts according to your requirements. If it is consistent, Shenzuo Road will take necessary restrictive measures according to your requirements or specific circumstances. If you fail to provide valid personal identity information or proof consistent with the registered identity information, Shenzuo Road has the right to refuse your request and will not bear the losses caused to you. If Shenzuo Road takes restrictive measures according to your request and causes losses to you or other users, you shall be responsible for it. In the case that the user provides valid personal identity information that meets the above requirements, if the user suffers losses due to the failure of Shenzuo Road to take restrictive measures in time, Shenzuo Road shall bear corresponding responsibilities.
4. For the security of your user account and password, please do not provide the user account and password to others (including but not limited to lending, renting, transferring, etc.), otherwise, the adverse consequences (including but not limited to the theft of account and password, loss of virtual goods, and economic losses) arising therefrom shall be borne by you.
5. If you do not log in to the game within 365 days, Shenzuo Road has the right to delete the user account and the game data under the user account. The deleted data information cannot be recovered.
6. Shenzuo Road Game provides "tourist mode" for users to quickly log in to the game. Users can quickly log in to the game without registering an account through "fast game", "tourist login" and other convenient modes. You further understand and agree that you may not be able to recharge and consume in "tourist mode", so please bind your user account in time after logging in. If you do not bind your account in time, once you uninstall or reinstall the game, or if you replace your mobile phone, computer and other terminal devices, or if these terminal devices are damaged, all game related data may be cleared in the tourist mode, and cannot be queried and recovered.
4、 [Game Software License]
1. Users can obtain the Shenzuo Road game software from the official website of Shenzuo Road or a third party authorized by Shenzuo Road. Shenzuo Road grants you a personal, non-commercial, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable license according to the agreement. You can download and install Shenzuo Road game software to your device terminal according to the scope of authorization agreed in this agreement, and run the game software according to the instructions of the software program.
2. Users can only use the Shenzuo Road game software for non-commercial purposes. Any commercial use without the permission of Shenzuo Road will constitute an infringement of the rights of Shenzuo Road.
3. In order to ensure the safety of the game software and optimize the functions of the game software, Shenzuo Road will update, modify and optimize the game software or some functions of the game software from time to time. After the new version of the software is released, the old version of the software may not be available. Please update the game software to the latest version as soon as possible to avoid restrictions on use.
5、 [Game service]
1. The user agrees that the charging items and standards of Shenzuo Road Game and Shenzuo Road Game Service are determined by Shenzuo Road. If you want to get the corresponding services, you should pay the fees according to the charging items and charging standards determined by Shenzuo Road. If you do not pay according to the standard for photography, you will not be able to enjoy the corresponding services. The specific charging items and charging standards will be announced in the Apple Store, game mall, purchase interface and other places. Please read carefully before purchasing. Shenzuo Road has the right to change or adjust the charging items and standards as needed. You may not claim compensation or compensation from Shenzuo Road for the change or adjustment of the charging items or standards.
2. Shenzuo Road has the right to issue game tokens in the game as required. The game token is obtained by exchanging RMB for purchase and exchange of game props, equipment, skin or other value-added services. Once the RMB is converted into game tokens, it is deemed that the RMB has been used, and the game tokens cannot be converted into RMB.
3. Game props, game equipment, game tokens, etc. (hereinafter referred to as "game virtual goods") are part of the game services, and their ownership belongs to the Road of Divine Works. The user has the right to obtain the right to use the game virtual goods on the premise of following this agreement and the specific rules of the game. All kinds of virtual goods in the game, if there is no special mark for the service life, are defaulted to the user's sustainable use until the end of the corresponding game service; If there is a clear mark on the use period, its use period shall be subject to the mark period. Except for force majeure or reasons attributable to the Road of Divine Works, the virtual goods will not be used after the expiration of the period.
4. In order to better provide game services to users, Shenzuo Road may need to make adjustments to the contents of the game, which may involve the artistic appearance, skills and numerical settings of the game characters, game equipment and other game props you are using. You understand and agree that such adjustments are the common practice of game operation, and you will not pursue any legal liability of Shenzuo Road for such adjustments.
5. All data information (except your name, ID number, phone number and other personal privacy data information) generated during your use of Shenzuo Zhilu game service is owned by Shenzuo Zhilu, and Shenzuo Zhilu has the right to store and manage it. Shenzuo Road will save your game virtual currency purchase records and provide channels and rules for you to query, modify and discard.
6. The objective situation that different operating systems are not interconnected will cause your account, game data and recharge records in one operating system to not be shared with another operating system. The recharging loss and game data loss risk caused by your switching between different systems should be borne by you, and Shenzuo Road will not be responsible for this.
7. In the game, there may be forced play area or play method. If you do not agree with forced play, please do not enter the game play method or play area; Once you click "Accept" or enter the compulsory game area or game method, you will be deemed to agree to the game method and accept the game result.
8. Without the prior written permission of Shenzuo Road, you are not allowed to record, display, copy, transmit and play all or part of the contents and pictures of the game through third-party software, websites and platforms in the process of using the game service.
9. In the process of using the Shenzuo Road game service, you may have abnormal game data caused by software bugs, version defects, third-party virus attacks or other factors. In case of abnormal data, Shenzuo Road will find out the cause. During the investigation period, Shenzuo Road may need to freeze your game account or role; If the data abnormality is caused by abnormal game behavior, Shenzuo Road has the right to restore the game data to the state before the abnormality occurred.
10. In order to ensure the normal operation of the game server, Shenzuo Road needs to regularly shut down the game server for maintenance or emergency shutdown maintenance for emergencies. You understand and agree that you will not be held liable for any interruption of normal service or suspension of investigation of Shenzuo Road due to the above circumstances. If necessary, Shenzuo Road has the right to terminate or partially terminate the operation of Shenzuo Road's game at its own discretion, and deal with matters related to the termination of the operation of the game in accordance with relevant provisions to protect the legitimate rights and interests of users.
6、 [User Code of Conduct]
1. Users are entitled to and responsible for the actions generated by their game accounts in accordance with the law. You are not allowed to publish the following prohibited content in the process of using Shenzuo Road game software and services:
（1） Violating the basic principles determined by the Constitution;
（2） Endangering national unity, sovereignty and territorial integrity;
（3） Divulging state secrets, endangering national security or harming national honor and interests;
（4） Inciting national hatred or discrimination, undermining national unity, or infringing upon national customs and habits;
（5） Propagandizing heresy and superstition;
（6） Spreading rumors, disturbing social order and undermining social stability;
（7） Publicizing obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, or abetting crime;
（8） Insult or slander others, or infringe upon the lawful rights and interests of others;
（9） Violating social morality;
（10） Other contents prohibited by laws, administrative regulations and state regulations.
2. You are not allowed to engage in the following activities without the permission of the Road of Divine Works or within the scope permitted by law:
(1) Reverse engineer, reverse assemble, reverse compile the game software or try to obtain the source code of the game software in other ways, or crack and modify the game software program of Shenzuo Road;
(2) Make, publish, disseminate or use any form of cheating tools or programs that impede the fairness of the game. These cheating tools or programs will copy, modify, add, delete the data released into the memory of any terminal during the operation of the game software or the software, the interactive data between the client and the server during the operation of the software, and the system data necessary for the operation of the software Connect to run or create any derivative works, modify the function or operation effect of the software, including but not limited to plug-in, plug-in, unauthorized third-party software, system, etc;
Because plug-in and other cheating tools are hidden or disappear after use, you understand and agree to use the monitoring data in the game program as the basis to judge whether you use the cheating tools;
(3) Use network accelerator, auxiliary and other plug-in software, robot program or game synchronizer to maliciously destroy service facilities, disrupt the normal service order, and affect the balance and fairness of the game;
(4) Provide others with the same or similar services as the Shenzuo Road game service, whether for commercial purposes or not, by setting up game servers without permission;
(5) Scan, probe and test the game software to detect, find and find the possible vulnerabilities and errors (bugs) in it, or use the program vulnerabilities and errors (bugs) to disrupt the normal operation of the game and seek illegitimate benefits, or spread the game program vulnerabilities or errors (bugs);
(6) Attack or invade the Shenzuo Road game software server or the Shenzuo Road company website server, resulting in server overload and affecting the normal operation of the server;
(7) Use, rent, lend, copy, modify, link, reprint, assemble, publish, publish, etc. of the game software and all or part of the content of the game software beyond the scope of this agreement;
(8) Modify, cover up and delete the name, company logo, trademark, copyright information, intellectual property statement, service source and other contents of the game software program;
(9) Other acts without the express authorization of Shenzuo Road.
3. You shall not engage in the following improper game behaviors during the use of Shenzuo Road game service:
(1) Publish and disseminate illegal speech or inappropriate information, including but not limited to publishing indecent speech, spam advertising information, publicity plug-in, virus, agent training, offline trading and other information in the game;
(2) The use of contents including but not limited to those related to race/religion, politics, national leaders, obscene/vulgar, defamation/intimidation, offensive, insulting, potentially misleading, illegal drugs, drugs, etc. as account nickname, role name, or in-game group, organization name.
(3) Stealing other people's game accounts, game virtual goods, player's personal data, assisting the number stealers to operate and transfer game virtual goods, etc; Purchase or free access to game accounts, game virtual goods, etc. obtained by others through account theft. In order to maintain the fairness of the game and the interests of the stolen users, even if you have purchased the virtual goods obtained by others through illegal number without knowing it, and then transferred to you, Shenzuo Road still has the right to take back the virtual goods you have purchased.
(4) The act of defrauding other people's game virtual goods or other properties for the purpose of illegal possession by impersonating the official system, official customer service, friends, etc. in the game; In order to maintain the fairness of the game and the interests of the stolen users, even if you bought the virtual goods that others obtained through fraud without knowing it, and then transferred to you, Shenzuo Road still has the right to take back the virtual goods you bought.
(5) Users take advantage of platform policies or loopholes after recharging to maliciously apply for refund for unreasonable reasons, illegally occupy or use recharging items or profit from it;
(7) Trading game account, game virtual currency or game equipment, game currency and other game props and other game virtual goods on the trading platform not approved by Shenzuo Road;
(8) Other misconduct widely recognized in the industry.
4. If you violate the user code of conduct and engage in one of the above behaviors in the process of using the Shenzuo Road game service, Shenzuo Road has the right to take one or more of the following measures against you according to the seriousness of the situation and the provisions of this agreement and relevant game rules:
(1) Warning: give a warning to the illegal behavior of the illegal player;
(2) Prohibit words. Turn off all or part of the chat channels of the offending players, so that the offending players cannot speak in the game or chat with other players;
(3) Limiting game behaviors, temporarily or permanently restricting the game roles of illegal players, or restricting or prohibiting illegal players from entering specific scenes in the game or using specific services in the game;
(4) Block number, temporarily or permanently prohibit illegal players from logging in to use the Shenzuo Road game;
(5) Forced offline, forcing illegal players to leave the game, including quitting the authority game or the whole game;
(6) Content reset, for resetting or forcibly modifying illegal information such as illegal nickname, name, image, etc. defined by illegal players;
(7) Recycle, reduce or limit your game income. The game income (including virtual items such as props, equipment, virtual currency in the game, and experience value, reputation, level and other data related to the game role) obtained by illegal players due to illegal behaviors, including but not limited to the recovery, reduction or restriction of game virtual items;
(8) Delete files, delete or cancel game accounts, character files, game data or other game-related information;
(9) Stop the service, suspend or terminate the illegal player's use of Shenzuo Road game and service, or unilaterally notify you to terminate this agreement;
(10) Bear legal liability. If the illegal player's improper behavior causes damage to others or the road of divine works, the illegal player shall be investigated for corresponding civil, administrative or criminal liabilities;
(11) Other, Shenzuo Road informs players of other punishment measures through in-game announcements, forum rules, notices, etc.
7、 [Intellectual Property Rights]
1. Shenzuo Road enjoys the integrity of Shenzuo Road game software (including but not limited to software, technology, program, code, user interface) and relevant information content of Shenzuo Road game service (including but not limited to text, data, pictures, audio, video, diagrams, interface design or electronic files, etc.) Indivisible ownership and/or intellectual property rights (including but not limited to copyright, trademark right, patent right, trade secret and other intellectual property rights and other legitimate rights and interests). You may not use such content commercially in any way without the prior written consent of Shenzuo Road.
2. The Shenzuo Road game service may involve the intellectual property rights of third parties. If such third parties have requirements for your use of such intellectual property rights, Shenzuo Road will inform you of such requirements in an appropriate way, and you should comply with such requirements.
3. Unless there is evidence to the contrary, the content you upload, create and share in the process of using the Shenzuo Road game and service belongs to the user. Unless otherwise agreed by both parties, when you share, publish or upload the content protected by intellectual property rights, you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, permanent, free and global license. The licensed Shenzuo Road will store, use, publish, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works, disseminate, perform and display the rights; The right to incorporate all or part of the content into any other form of work, media and technology; The right to conduct commercial development of your uploaded and published content; And the right to sublicense the relevant uploaded content to other third parties to use it in the above way without first informing and asking for your express consent.

8、 [Privacy Policy]
1. In order to make it easier and more satisfactory for users to use the Shenzuo Road game service, Shenzuo Road may obtain your personal information through reasonable ways in the process of using the game service. When Shenzuo Road requires users to provide information related to their personal identity, they should disclose their privacy protection policy and personal information utilization policy to users in a clear and visible way in advance, and take necessary measures to protect the security of users' personal information.
2. Without the permission of the user, Shenzuo Road will not provide, disclose or share your personal information to any third party, except for the following circumstances:

9、 [Force Majeure]
Shenzuo Road bears corresponding obligations according to the law, but for the damage caused to you by the maintenance and connection failure of information network equipment, computer, communication or other system failure, hacker activity, computer virus, power failure, strike, riot, fire, flood, storm, explosion, war, government action, order of judicial and administrative authorities or due to the third party, The Road of Divine Works does not bear any responsibilities beyond those expressly stipulated by law.
10、 [Dispute resolution]
The conclusion, performance, interpretation and dispute settlement of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict laws). In case of any dispute between the parties concerning this agreement, both parties shall settle it through friendly negotiation; If the negotiation fails, you agree to submit the dispute or dispute to the Chongqing Internet Court for jurisdiction.
11、 [Others]
1. All notices sent by Shenzuo Road to users can be transmitted through announcements, e-mails or regular phone calls, short messages, etc. on the game's official website or important pages of the game's official forum.
2. Any provision of this Agreement shall be deemed to be repealed, invalid or unenforceable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of this Agreement.
3. The title of each clause of this agreement is only for the purpose of helping you understand the main purpose of the expression of the clause, and does not affect or limit the meaning or interpretation of the clauses of this agreement.

11、 [Others]
