End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal document between you ("User" or "You") and Poly Tool Design SRL ("Poly Tool Design," "We," or "Us"). By installing, accessing, or using any software, assets, trademarks, copyrights, patents, or other intellectual property identified as 'Poly Tool Design' and 'Poly Ego' (collectively referred to as "the Assets") provided by Poly Tool Design SRL, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
1. Ownership and Recognition of Ownership
Poly Tool Design SRL, a registered company incorporated under the laws of its jurisdiction, is the rightful and exclusive owner of the Assets. You hereby acknowledge and recognize that:
1.1 The Assets are the exclusive property of Poly Tool Design SRL.
1.2 The Assets may be fully owned by Poly Tool Design SRL or in the process of registration under the name of Poly Tool Design SRL.
1.3 All rights, interests, and claims in and to the Assets, regardless of their registration status, belong exclusively to Poly Tool Design SRL.
2. Permitted Use
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Poly Tool Design grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to use the Assets for your personal or business purposes, as applicable, in accordance with the terms and conditions herein.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
3.1. Use the Assets for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
3.2. Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, create derivative works, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Assets without the express written permission of Poly Tool Design SRL.
3.3. Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the Assets.
3.4. Distribute, sublicense, lease, rent, or loan the Assets to any third party.
3.5. Use the Assets in any way that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of Poly Tool Design SRL.
4. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated by you or Poly Tool Design. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms and conditions. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Assets and destroy all copies thereof.
5. Copyright and Trademarks
The Assets are protected by copyright and trademark laws. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Poly Tool Design. 'Poly Tool Design' and 'Poly Ego' are trademarks of Poly Tool Design SRL. Unauthorized use of these trademarks is strictly prohibited.
6. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Assets are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Poly Tool Design SRL makes no warranties, representations, or guarantees regarding the suitability, functionality, or availability of the Assets.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Poly Tool Design SRL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Poly Tool Design SRL is incorporated.

By using the Assets, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Agreement, and you agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install, access, or use the Assets.
