License Grant: The user is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Conludus for educational purposes only.

Restrictions: The user may not reverse engineer, modify, or distribute Conludus.

Ownership: The game developer retains ownership of Conludus and all intellectual property rights associated with it.

Termination: The license may be terminated if the user breaches any of the terms of the agreement.

Warranty Disclaimer: Conludus is provided “as is” without any warranty of any kind.

Limitation of Liability: The game developer is not liable for any damages arising from the use of Conludus.

Governing Law: The laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan will govern the agreement.
