This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Amca Games ("Company") for the use of the Click Cluck software ("Software"), a desktop simulation app featuring 2D animations that wander around on your desktop in idle mode.

Grant of License
The Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for personal, non-commercial purposes on a single device.

Restrictions
You may not modify, disassemble, reverse engineer, copy, distribute, or use the Software for commercial purposes. You also may not sell, rent, or sublicense the Software.

Ownership
All rights, title, and intellectual property in the Software belong to the Company. This EULA grants you no ownership rights, only a limited right to use.

Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided "as is" without any warranties. The Company makes no guarantees that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Software. Maximum liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the Software.

Termination
This license terminates automatically if you violate any terms of this EULA. Upon termination, you must uninstall the Software.
