This End User License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "EULA") is a legal agreement between you (an individual or a single entity) and Ramen Cat Games Co., Ltd. regarding Wings of Seduction: Bust 'em out! (hereinafter referred to as "the Game"). By installing or using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.

Scope of License: Ramen Cat Games grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, resell, or otherwise distribute any part of the Game. You also may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Game.

The ownership and intellectual property rights of the Game and all copies thereof are owned by Ramen Cat Games. All materials related to the Game (including but not limited to images, sounds, content, etc.) are protected by copyright law and international copyright treaties.

Prohibited Conduct: You may not use the Game for any illegal activities, including but not limited to fraud, spreading malware, harassing other players, or engaging in any behavior that violates public morality.
User Content: All content created or uploaded by you in the Game remains your property, but you grant Ramen Cat Games a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to display and distribute such content.

Steam Leaderboards: The Game will collect gameplay scores through the Steam leaderboard system for global player ranking. You agree that Ramen Cat Games can collect and use your game scores and related data for leaderboard display and the implementation of related game features.

No Warranty: The Game is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. Ramen Cat Games does not guarantee that the Game will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Scope of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ramen Cat Games shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Game.

Ramen Cat Games may terminate this agreement at any time if you fail to comply with the terms of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease using the Game and delete all related copies.
